THE LEATHER IS VERY SOFT AND THE ARCH SUPPORT IS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY FIT PERFECTLY! THE SOLE IS SOFT AND NON-SKID AND ADDS TO THE COMFORT OF THE SHOE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

Great and true fit with just a bit of arch support. I plan to wear these for my daughter's garden wedding and I'm pretty sure they are going to be comfortable and dressy enough for a day on my feet. No heels for this gal, but these are classic looking enough to wear with a dress. I typically wear a 7.5 wide, so ordered both the 7.5 W and 8 W to compare. The 7.5 W were just right. Nice navy blue leather. Zappos made the return of the 8 W so simple, that I buy most of my shoes from here now days.

Ballet flats usually slip off my heel, but with the adjustable strap on these cute, comfortable flats, they stay put.

I love these. They’re perfectly cushioned, supportive, and perfect for standing on my feet frequently at work. The insole are removable so I use them in my other shoes, bonus!

Beautiful shoes that I hoped would work for my size 10.5 W foot, but unfortunately not. They were still too narrow around the ball of my foot so pinched. If you have more normal feet than mine you'll probably be fine.

Instantly comfortable on my hard-to fit feet! Dressy looking and stylish, but feel like walking shoes. Removable insoles are a plus. I may have to get more of these in differnet colors!

I like the style, fit and comfort in these shoes. They feel good walking while wearing them. My feet and legs are not aching after wearing them. Thank you for the perfect shoes for me.

These are just what I wanted. The insole is removable so I can use my favorite. Wish more brands did this. The fit right out of the box is comfortable.

The heel was strangely short and when I walked the shoe kind of flopped like flip flops and the back hit the bottom of my heel like they were too small…but they were the correct size and fit well. Also the insole felt very cushiony and odd, but I may just be used to barefoot shoes.

This is an unusual shoe - the insole comes out. There is a slight "lip" around the sole of the shoe that holds the insole in place. At first, I thought the shoe was damaged because the insole was loose inside, but I realized it's just how they are. I didn't like the feel of the "lip" on my feet and the footbed was too squishy for my overpronating feet. Although these looked nice, they weren't a fit for me.

Very attractive shoe and very comfortable. My problem was the strap didn't hold in place well, and therefore didn't give all me all the support I need. I did play with cushioning the strap or making it smaller, but my feet need a lot of extra support anyway, so I am returning them. For most people, it would probably work out fine. Lucky folks!

Love the style, color and support of this shoe. They look great with everything. Very satisfied.

Tried them on and they seem to fit okay. Haven't worn them yet. Purchased for an event in the future.

Fit and size seem fine. Pretty comfortable considering my feet are not "happy." Glad to have a shoe other than my slip-on ones that are not at all dressy.

leather not that soft but still like the shoe

I normally wear a 10 or a 41 in well made shoes. I need a roomy toe box and have bony feet so shoes that run narrow are not comfortable. This shoe runs short / no toe room. I ordered a half size longer and hope that does the trick. They are very well made and comfortable other wise. The buckle on the sling back is nice for minor adjustments. I plan to use them when I need something dressier when traveling abroad to wear with dresses but still abel to walk distances.

cute style and good fit. very versatile style

Nice comfy shoe but my toe pressed against the front top of the shoes in my regular size of 8.5 WW. I’m trying a half size longer.

I really was hoping to find a pair of shoes with a wider toe. Instead, I got a size larger and I will buy heel grips. Hopefully that will work. It seems all the flats have narrower toes. My feet are narrow in the instep but wide in the toes. I need a less “pointy” shoe.

I bought these because the first pair I bought had scratches in the leather. Unfortunately this pair was not as well made, although the leather was perfect. The right shoe gapped on the inside edge and the left toe box was tighter. So I’m keeping the first pair I bought despite leather imperfections. It’s a comfortable and pretty shoe.

This shoe is comfortable and a nice navy. Plain, nothing to rave about.

They're a bit too small. I like the shoes, but will exchange for a 1/2 size up.

Lovely shoe, nice material, well made and a decent arch support. As others indicated it was a little short, I ordered up 1/2 size. Unfortunately it was still too short as my toes were touching the front of the shoe. Returning.

I didn't like this color but they are very comfortable. I'll switch for another color.
