I like it. I don't love it. I tend to wear other raincoats bc this one just feels a little restrictive because of the cut. I'm curvy.

There is a cheap Velcro closure, which would collect lint and snag on your clothes. Low quality

The zippers are not what they used to be had to return the first one I purchased and the second one is iffy

The top fit perfect, but the bottom did not leave any space when zipped. Going to try next size up, but too may be too big.

The size small fits too snug, medium feels better but the waist is at my hips, am 5', 100 #'s; zipper is very difficult- I cannot get it to work properly, velcro's are hard to get open to put the coat on

So disappointed with this jacket. I've bought from Northface in the past and have liked the quality of their products so I was excited to get this new rain jacket. However, every time I have worn this jacket, I have to battle the zipper. It is very cheaply made and gets stuck, forcing me to "step out" of the jacket to get it off. Because I purchased in the summer when it was on sale, my 60 day return window has closed. I did contact their warranty department and was told they could fix the zipper but I would need to PAY and ship it to another province to get it fixed. Honestly I feel duped and while the overall look of the jacket is nice, having an inoperable zipper makes it unusable. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this jacket based on the frustrations with the zipper.

Fabric is too thin for the price. Color is ugly! It looks like a creamy white online, but is much more like a dirty concrete. Did not even remove from bag.

I got this for my daughter who lives in Alaska. She was beyond disappointed with the quality of this jacket and even said "North Face needs to slow down production because their quality has done a compete 180." The zipper is impossible so she tried using the velcro. SO CHEAP it wouldn't stay. Basically an open concept jacket with no working closures. A joke for somebody living in Alaska.
