The jacket is a comfortable fit and is very breathable. It held up in heavy rains of tropical storm Nicole. It is tad bit longer which allows a more "dressy" look if needed. North face's warranty is one of the best, they hold true and replace items if needed.

I ordered this jacket in medium at first but had to give it to my daughter who is larger than I am. I then ordered it in small-perfect fit. I am 130 lbs 5' 7". I like that you can cinch in the waist to make a more feminine profile. The hood is great-nice and fitted for rainy days. I haven't tried it yet in rain but the fabric seems to be water resistant. I am happy with the navy blue color that doesn't show dirt. Great purchase all around.

Fits really nice. Even being 5' 10", the back of my jacket fully covers my bottom.

I bought this to my 18-year-old daughter. She loves it and has been wearing it every time it rains. I bought her the navy blue color which turns out to be better than the traditional North Face black. She loves the color very much.

Being 6'1" and on the slim side i have a very hard time finding jackets that are both long enough in the arms and body but also not super baggy. I ordered a medium and the sleeves and body fit me perfectly, there are drawstrings to cinch the waist too which is a nice optional feature to help with the fit. The fabric of the jacket is so soft and comfortable, not stiff like other rain jackets i've purchased before.

I'm a mail carrier and this jacket is a must for rainy days to stay dry.

This is a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. She has been wearing it every day. I wish that there is an inside pocket. But, she is fine with it. Great quality. I picked her the navy instead of black. She loves the color.

This is a real all purpose jacket that looks good and is a perfect weight for spring/summer storms as well as for layering in colder weather. It's true to size. I ordered one size up so I could comfortably layer a heavy sweater.
