I am a petite size 2 and boys 14 fit me well. They are perfect for wearing to the barn and summer trail riding. I have had the blue and tan for quite a while and they have held up well. The rust seems to run just a tad smaller, but overall, they are perfect.

Just what my son needed! Lightweight, but good protection from sun and bugs. The zipping off of the legs was easy (to make them into shorts), but the zipping back on while he's wearing them was more of a challenge!

These are great for kids in the summer. Quick dry and easier to convert from full leg to shorts.

Extremely happy about this purchase. Love the versatile design: conversion from long to short, safety of zippered side pockets, and convenience of pulling down or unzippering. Material is light weight, breathable, comfortable (not sticky to body), water and wind repellent, can be layered with wool base layer for winter activities or wear as is in hot weather. I much prefer these pants over the men's or women's version.

I purchased a pair of these hiking pants for my 6 yr old grandson and he loves them! They look and fit great. They are true to size and launder beautifully. I will definitely buy another pair.

I got these pants for my soon to be 4 year old grandson in size 4. He is 38 lbs and 41" tall. They fit nicely and he's intrigued with the option to make them shorts when weather warms. They have a red zipper that's hidden when legs zipped in. They have a bit of stretch and are lightweight.

Son loves the zip off pants. Fits well. Great for those fall and spring days when it's cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon. Love that the zippers are color coded to know which pant leg goes with which side.

These pants are awesome! Bought them for my 10 year old grandson. He loves the fact that when he gets hot he can unzip them. They are fun and practical.

We love these pants. Durable, comfortable, and they fit slender kids frames very well. We were surprised to see that they no longer had adjustable waist bands, but luckily the size 10 still fit our son. I do wish that feature would return for particularly slender/tall kids. In our case, LLB has been our dedicated brand because of that option for adjustable fit.

We bought these for a trip to Alaska for my 10 year old son. He loves them! Super comfortable and versatile, and the option to switch to shorts is great. Highly recommend!

The fabric is tough yet attractive and the color is great. My grandson loves them.

My son LOVES these -- he would prefer to live in shorts, so this is a great compromise for cold days. If he gets too warm in the classroom, he can zip off the legs, then put them back on before heading outside.

These pants are just what my daughter needed for scouts. They fit great and stay clean for campouts. She even likes them so much she wears them to middle school.

My son refuses to wear any pants that are not 'comfy' (only athletic pants/sweatpants). However, these pass the test! He loves them.

Our slender son tried these on and exclaimed "ooh, comfy" and "I like them". That's all I needed to know. He normally wears a 10 in pants and these fit true to size. He's looking forward to wearing these at camp. I will update this post-camp to report on durability.

These look nice, and my son likes them but they don't have an adjustable waist - which would be nice for growing kiddos. He is tall enough for them but too thin.

My kids are tall and very slim. The pants were perfect until we couldn't keep them up! I'm not sure why these were made without belt loops if they didn't have an adjustable waist?? We are returning.

Doesn't work for thin frames. I miss the older style.

Wish fabric had some stretch to them. Also was about 2 sizes to small for my son. For very slender kids but not for average kid size.
