Tried and tested! Been wearing this jacket over the last few months and I've been in some strong rain storms. Keeps you very dry, it's lightweight and very comfortable, plus it keeps you dry lol.

A great lite weight rain jacket that I use all the time. Packs well on vacations.

Love how light it is for being in the rain in Florida. Wore this and my North Face rain pants to a football game recently and they worked great love the color

I like this item way more than I thought I would! It is leightweight but also protects from rain/wind very well. Other reviews talk about a "huge oversized hood", but I didn't find it to be abnormally large and I have a small head. I would recommend this jacket style to a friend!

Bought this jacket to replace my North Face rain jacket(which was over 10 years old) for a trip to Scotland. Performed as expected, Great product!!!

this is super light with the strength I've come to expect with the products I get from North Face. I love how it folds down into a pocket and is easily packable. Its perfect layer for travel when wet conditions are possible

Intentionally walked outside in a torrential rain storm and stayed comfortable and dry. Hood covered well pitzips open part way. Great product!

Got this as a replacement for an old version of the same jacket. Great as a rain jacket to keep dry. Love having put zips as helps keep you more ventilated and cooler.

I bought the Alta Vista Jacket primarily for a trip to Alaska, knowing I'd need a reliable rain jacket, and this one did not disappoint. It kept me dry for six consecutive rainy days. The jacket has ample space, allowing me to comfortably fit a couple of layers underneath. I'm 5'7", and the medium size fit perfectly. I also love the ventilation in the armpits, which helps cool down a bit when hiking. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

Getting ready for 1st year of college. Jacket is light weight enough to put in a back pack and not be wrinkled also, it looks dressy yet comfortable enough for casual wear. We love it !!
