High quality. This jacket has a much better liner than my previous. I purchased the recommended size, which worked out great.

Rainy weather

Believe it or not my first rain coat (I am from and live in LA..) and love it. Its so light and keeps me completely dry!

This is a great, lightweight jacket. My son kept taking my husband's so we bought him his own.

The jacket seems nice although I haven't had a chance to use it as of yet. The jacket runs a little big so you may want to consider that when ordering.

Average rain jacket will fail in heavy rain

I love this rain jacket, it keeps me so warm during the rain and it keeps the rain from soaking into the jacket. I would definitely recommend to people who goes outdoors in the rain.

Great fit, stays warm. Waterproof so far

So far, so good. Have taken several 30-min walks through the rain and have come home bone dry. Need to run your thumb up ahead of the zipper to prevent it from getting stuck when zipping the jacket up is about the only thing I've noticed. I think the recommended sizing is a little small - says model is 6'1", 40" chest, and 32" waist. I am 6'0", 42-44" chest, and 32" waist and bought a Large and it's just right. Medium would leave no room for a shirt.

Love the material and zippers. But like other reviewers have stated, the hood is way too big for a normal sized head. It seems to have been designed for use over a helmet. There's no way to cinch it smaller when not wearing a helmet so it obscures your vision. Wearing a baseball cap helps. The other issue is the pit zips, which cannot be open/closed with one hand. It's difficult to hold one end of the zipper with one hand and zip it with the other, meaning you have to take the coat off to zip them open or closed. Other than those two (big) issues, it's a great coat that keeps you dry.

Nice design but to tight

I use this jacket for section hiking on the AT it is so light and small when packed away till i need it. Vented for helping to not burn you up when hiking and very waterproof.

really comfy great material. took it skiing held up and was very useful and comfortable.

I actually have two rain jackets, grey and olive. Grey is more like casual. Nice well-made jacket.

I use the windbreaker to protect against cold winds and it works very well...

I usually wear medium or large. I ordered a medium size based on sizing chart, It is way too loose in the back and sides and also sleeves are slightly long( I am 5'10) This is a great windproof and waterproof jacket but it works for light cold weather. It is not full on winter jacket.
