Not big enough

A little small, but cute! Perfect for small kids or snacks.

LL Bean kids lunch boxes stand up to daily use especially by young boys who toss it who knows where. I would have liked the size to be bigger as in years past because the kids need to pack snacks in addition to lunch.

I ordered the Ocean Blue Camo print lunch box for my son but received a solid blue lunch box which is not currently listed as a color option. It is nice but not what I ordered.

Love the print and design, it could just be a little bigger for lunches.

Great lunchbox. Just disappointed that it's smaller than their previous version. My daughter likes the design though.

No place for water bottle. My bad for not looking closer before I purchased, but in CO you need lots of water. They require kids to bring two to school every day. I did not want my daughter to have to carry a backpack, lunch box plus water bottle. It seems to be very well made just like the backpack.

This lunch box is perfect for my toddler's lunches in size. The only complaint is spaghetti sauce does stain the white liner, even when cleaned out timely.

Super quality and perfect size for my preschooler. Pockets help keep ice pack and utensils out of the way. Bentgo Kids bento box fits perfectly inside. Great lunch box for young kiddos to use independently!

So far we are very pleased with this lunch box. It's a good size for lunch and snack. It keeps food cool all day. The only drawback is once an ice pack (even a super thin one) is placed in the interior velcro pouch, it is impossible to get anything into the exterior zipper compartment.

I am very happy with the lunchbox itself but dissatisfied with the monogram. It is only 3/4". I did not see dimensions on the order and thought it would be proportional.

I ordered this one because the expandable one was Out of Stock. This will do for the next two years or so. It has good space for a few snacks and a sandwich. It's likely not great for growing kids with big bulky items.

The lunch box is great. The monogram we got however was the size of my pinky fingernail. It is so little and can barely be seen.

So cute and made well but is too small to fit a bentgo box.

This is a great little lunchbox. The only thing I wish is that the strap/handle had a clip.

Overall I like this lunch bag for my son's lunch and the pattern is just too cute! Imagine my disappointment when it arrived and the pattern on the front is upside down! Since that's the part you look at everyday, I'm going to have to send it back. It'll bum me out every time I pack my son's lunch. The back is fine because it's large enough to show multiple rows of the alligator pattern, but there should be better quality control on the layout of the fabric on the front, especially when you have to pay more for a fabric with a pattern. I would recommend this IF you are ok taking a gamble that the pattern may be upside down.

This lunchbox is sturdy and cleaning ls easy - It is a bit small but fits the Yumbox original and panino perfectly.

It's a little small - hard to fit everything for a school-aged child's lunch and snacks - but it's sturdy.

I love these for my kids' lunches. They last forever, even if they might get a little dirty on the outside. One design flaw on the most recent purchase is the placement of the "name tag." It is on the zipper side of the top flap, so it was getting caught in the zipper by my preschooler. I ended up ripping it off and writing her name in permanent marker directly on the lunchbox. It would be better on the inside seam where the top flap connects to the rest of the lunchbox.

Bought the alligator print for my 3 year old grandson. It is on the smaller side, but held his bento box comfortably

We purchased this lunchbox and matching backpack for our preschooler. We are frequent LL Bean shoppers, and felt confident that we would be getting great quality. Overall I'm very happy with the lunchbox. Our son likes using his Bentgo bento box And it's a perfect fit inside this. Although there is an a lot of extra room, there is enough space to put a couple of ice packs on top of the Bento box to keep things nice and cool. The green gator print is really cute! My only complaint is that the monogramming isn't the best. The V looks a bit crooked and overall the monogram is a bit thin/ sparse. Next time I will go with a different style monogram in the hopes that it looks a little nicer.
