Great quality and durability. Built to last through the years with my child.

Finally got this bag in royal blue and monogrammed for my incoming 3rd grader after eyeing it for a year! Hopefully it will hold up well. I thought it would look too big but actually looks fine since my son is tall for his age. Hoping he can use it for a while. He is very happy about all the little zippers and extra storage space. Glad I went with LL Bean over the PB backpacks which are way more expensive and not holding up as well for my other kid!

My daughter loves all the strong zip carpartments. This backpack has pleanty of room for all her notebooks, folders and pens. Perfect padded zip area for her small tablet, she needs to bring to school daily. It also has great stretchy side pockets to finally hold her kids yeti bottle. She was extra excited to find a small top fleece linned area to keep her glasses when needed. She loves it so much, she said she wants school to start early!! Thank you for making a great backpack.

It's awesome! Love the extra space for school stuff. We have had LLB book packs the past 5 years. Now that our student is going into middle school and done with the patterned fabrics, this solid blue bag should be the last one we buy for him. They have all worn so well and stood up to being thrown and dropped and dragged all over the place. We passed down the sharks and camo LBB book packs to friends with younger kids and they love them as well. Highly recommend.

Love this color and I already know it will last forever. I had one from 6th grade to graduation and on. Held up through many washes. Even the zippers!

Just the right size for a woman. Very high quality. Plenty of compartments in just the right places. Beautiful color!! My former backpack was the same model in a larger size. It lasted for decades and many miles of travel. I'm 72, and I'm sure this one will last the rest of my life!!

Bought this one for my son in elementary school. He is going into high school now it's still going strong! Still in perfect condition. I got his name embroidered on it in which LL bean did when I ordered. I don't see this option anymore? This bag is totally worth the money.

Why would anyone buy a bookbag that's not this type? In a world of disposable textiles... this is NOT that. This is a great bookbag. It's priced beyond reasonably.
