Was really looking forward to these shoes because they didn’t have the big “N” on them. Was full size smaller than ordered. Had to return.
I wear a 12 so ordering up wasn’t an option for me

I want to love these shoes but this is the second pair I’ve tried that suffers from inconsistent sizing. On the first pair I tried the right shoe was almost a whole size too big, and now on the second pair I exchanged them for the left shoe is almost a whole size too big. I have never encountered this problem before when shoe shopping. Disappointing. The colors are great. Virtually no arch support, but that seems to be across the board with NB. Returning.

Very expensive for very poor quality. They are NOT waterproof at all. I bought these in June, it is now February and they're absolutely destroyed. I wore them travelling for 8 months and they didn't hold up at all. I have never had a pair of shoes fall apart so fast. I am so disappointed I'll never buy new balance again. They are comfy. Only good thing I have to say.

Used to be New Balance was my go-to for a wider toe box, even when ordering normal width. This is not the case with these Fresh Foam v7s. I ordered wide width based on user reviews, and they are still not wide enough to be comfortable. I have a high arch and a normal width foot. But need that extra space for my arch. Even in "wide" these were pinching the ball of my foot. Sent back.

I usually wear a women's 9.5 and these looked like 7.5. Couldn't even get them on my feet. I ordered a pair of NB trail running (men's) soft foam a couple years ago and they fit great. Returned these.
