This shoe fits just right. I have funny feet and have a hard time finding running shoes that aren't too big in heel and/or too big or small in toe box. For some reason, NB usually work best for me. I am looking forward to using these on the trails in Colorado.

I run/hike about 5-6 times per week. I needed shoes that I could hike in because my running shoes tend to slip when I hike. These shoes are really comfortable. I have knee problems, and the cushioning really helps with the knee discomfort. I really like the grip on these shoes. You definitely don't slip when coming down from a hike. I also ran in these shoes on asphalt, grass and dirt, and they felt comfortable. I read reviews that these were narrow, but I found that they are true to size. This was my first time buying NB (I usually buy Brooks and Asics to run), and I bought my regular size. The length and width were perfect. I will definitely explore other NB shoes with the "fresh foam" style.

I needed a shoe to walk on a partially graveled road and these are so comfortable as all New Balance shoes are. Light weight and makes walking over gravel very easy.

I loved the muted colors of the Timberwolf/workwear shoe. I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 in a sneaker but needed the 10 wide which wasn’t super wide and it gave me plenty of length with good support. Also, this style didn’t look so wide like clown shoes. However, I was wanting a cute supportive walking shoe for using on paved trails or sidewalks but was concerned the lugged sole would wear out too easily since it is designed more for off-road trails, so sadly I returned. Hopefully, they come out with a similar style with just a walking sole.

It’s been a long time since I had shoes I loved but these are the new besties. Easily the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned, although had to buy higher ankle socks bc my favorite footie type sucks down into the shoe. *Very* grippy, wide sole (be careful going down stairs). Love these for travel and urban street / trail hiking. Have two pairs, different colors. Will probably buy more, especially if new colors are offered.

Love this trail shoe….I bought it on a whim and it is so comfortable. It’s kind of narrow, so if you need wide Zappos sells this shoe in wide. Would definitely buy again.

Really disappointed that I have to return these. The size was true but the width was not. I have an average wide foot but these were definitely not wide enough. Love the color scheme though! But after about an hour my feet hurt because they weren’t wide enough. Companies are just making running shoes way too narrow and they’ve been doing it for a long time now!

When I buy any shoe or boot I always need to buy a whole size larger and a wide (8W) to accommodate an orthodontic. For these shoes I crossed my fingers and ordered a 7.5M and they fit perfectly! I ordered the blue and they go great with the lighter colored jeans or linen pants. I have now ordered the black and brown. I moved to an area that is hotter than my last place and I don’t really want to wear sneakers every day in the heat. I love these. Highly recommend. I have a narrow heel and wide feet that had bunion surgery years ago. They don’t bother my bad back or arthritis in my hips.

Excellent for plantar fasciitis. Could use a little more support on the inner arch of the foot but still excellent support. Well done NB.

They look like they belong on Nickelodean, but I love them. Very comfy. I've gotten a lot of compliments because the purple matches the colors I love to wear.

I bought these about a month ago and can’t say enough good things about them. I have terrible feet, from falling arches to bunions. These feel like I am walking on clouds. They are tough and can handle different terrains with ease. To me they feel like they don’t have arch support, but again it could be my feet. I use to wear Brooks, but the shoes never felt good after three months of wearing them I don’t know why, maybe the cushion breaks down.

This is the 3rd version of this shoe that I have bought and the best one yet. Very comfortable. Good support. Love the purple color. So good that I bought a second pair when it went on sale.

These seem to run about a half size small so consider going up a half size. Surprisingly roomy toe box, extremely comfortable footbed, fun style. Excellent purchase overall.

great support overall for a wide foot. Helpful for stability for trails and preventing pronation. I use my own arch support so thankful for removable insoles.

Great shoe for walking and even hiking. Sole has a good grip. The size runs small. I had to go up a size. So I had to return the 11 and went with size 12. Also, love the coloring of this shoe. I can even wear these for work as they work with navy blue or black pants and I even have a goldenrod-colored jacket so they are great.

A couple years ago I went to a New Balance store to be fitted. So I always go with their sizing and these fit as true as my other NB. These are great hybred shoes. I bought for trail walking. Wanted something a bit more supportive and stable than street shoes and these fit the bill. I don’t notice the wide heel— supposedly to help displace shallow water away from the shoe?? I will likely use my other inserts for metatarsal support. The arch is pretty good as is, but mine are high and require a bit extra. I like the blue combo though I wish there was a more fun black version than just all black. These will do just fine and I recommend them and would purchase again.
