This is an amazing shoe! Absolutely love them. These shoes make it fell like you are walking on clouds. The only reason I took a star off is because they shortened the shoe laces. Unfortunately, I can barely tie the shoes and most of the time my shoes are untied. They needed to be 1" longer on each side.

First, being a senior citizen I don't do any running. I do however walk about 5 miles a day. So these were purchased for that purpose. They are comfortable but not as comfortable as my Hokas. Would recommend

These area double layer of soft and firm foams that give just the right amount of responsiveness and cushion for running or walking. They are stylish and come in many colors and widths. I run trails in the NB Hierro and the fresh foam X is about the same in the 880V12's. Also run on a track with NB tempo's. You can see by comparison how much more cushion the 880V12 has in photo(attached)

I ordered a size 16 and it was too small. My toes were all curled so i have to return then. I've used a size 16 Fresh foam before and it fit well so i'm not sure why this is different. Size aside, this is a very lovely shoe.

I've use these daily for work. On my feet walking for 8 plus hours a day and they fit and feel great. At first I thought there was too much room in the toe box but it works out perfectly. Love them!

I bought the yellow one but when it came (ordered via online shopping), it's not a bright yellow as pictured but more of darker yellow. That's why I only gave it a 4 star. Otherwise the fit is good and will be running on it soon.

These shoes have great cushion. I wear them for day to day use, and they're great. The toe compartment was a little snug early, but they broke in after 3-4 uses. I would definitely buy another pair.

Overall the v880 are great, they have a weird break-in period but after that they normally last 500+ miles which isn't true for a lot of the competitors. I wear them for races, Road & Trail running, as well as track workouts.

I bought these shoes with the expectations that I normally look for in New Balance. While, they do meet the quality standards, they do have a lot of room for improvement, not so much room for my toes.

I have worn New Balance shoes for more than fifteen years; every two years I buy a new pair. I wear them for exercise-running and walking-and wear them afterwards. Now that I'm retired, that means wearing them every day. I've had 880s for awhile and I like them very much. Right now I'm breaking in my new pair of 880 v. 12, so I can't give them a 5 yet, but all is going well. I bought the light blue with orange trim-something new for me. The shoelaces are a little short; it seems to vary with each version, some longer, some shorter. But I am happy with my new pair of New Balance running shoes.

I run 20-30 miles/week and run 1-2 half marathons per year. The 880 is my "go-to" shoe even after trying other brands. However, the sizing changed between v10 and v11-12. I've worn a size 12 from versions 7-10 over the past few years with no issues. Starting with version 11, i now need a 12.5 after significant toenail discomfort after my latest half marathon (looks like I will lose the nail). I still have multiple pre-v11 880s SIZE 12 in my closet that still fit perfectly fine, but my toe is up against the end of the shoe in v11-12.

I found the regular width a little narrow. Also, although it's a matter of preference, I found them a little pillowy.

This shoe even though it has a stretchy type of upper was too large for me, and unfortunately, it does not come in a narrow width which I think would have been a better fit for me.

Use for walking 2-3 miles a day. Great fit in size and width (true to size). Only issue is the top eyelet on both shoes is too narrow/blocked to get the laces through.

I have worn mostly New Balance as my athletic shoes now for a long time . Always an 8.5 . Have always felt I had plentiful width. My latest 880v11 and my Hiero's are 8.5 and feel great . But these feel a little snug and almost too soft . They look great and construction looks good as I would expect from New Balance. The tightness isn't terrible. Not enough to send back . But if I had bought them retail I would have at least tried on another pair. If they felt the same I would have gone to a 9 . About a 1/2 size . Hoping as they get a little more broken in that they will loosen up.

Great soft feel for my indoor-only exercise routine. However, the laces come untied very easily.

Runners are good and so far they are adequate. But my last Balance runners, the older model 840 was a lot more comfortable from day one. It felt wider. Whereas these new shoes, even though I ordered "wide" do not feel like it.
