perfect fit, no breakin required

These sneakers run smaller than the firmer New Balance that I knew to love.

Ugly and uncomfortable. Heel slips out.

An excellent low-top alternative to the 928v3. The Rollbar technology is not lost in transitioning from it to this.

I wear a brace and this model is not comfortable as is a similar one w/heel bar

I wear a full left leg brace and must wear men's shoes. The orthotic maker recommended that I get New Balance w/the heel r-bar. I successfully wore one pair-thought this model would be comfortable but it isn't.

I love this shoe but every time I buy this model the material gets a hole above the big toe where two different materials meet at the seam. It’s a weak spot of the material on the top of the shoe. It’s really too bad because I really like the fit and comfort.

New Balance B widths are far too wide. They are the same width as everyone else's D width. The toe box is very wide and tall. These are not for people with narrow feet.

The fit was good, but the quality is junk. The soles wore out way to fast and pieces of the sole it self have broken away from the sole itself. leaving a weird hole. I work as a letter carrier walking 8.5 miles a day. These didn't last for two months. Around 45 miles a week and less than 8 weeks when they no longer became wearable. A message to New Balance: Where did your quality go? The minute you changed your marketing to influencers and brand recognition your shoe quality took a big nose dive. Bring back products that actual people use and need. Not somebody peddling your stuff to people that live with their parents.

The only bad thing i have to say is i thought the white ones were slip resistant like the black ones. They felt very dangerous when i went to work with them. I mean extremely slippy. Had to go back home lol. Other than that i love the 857v3

My son was rubbing his big toe in his old shoes. This shoe fixed that.

Shoe is true to size and fit.

I have worn this same shoe (with different model numbers) for decades. I wear them every day. Some models have worn exceptionally well, and some have had the soles separate from the shoe. I am wearing the new shoes around the house to make sure all is well; I do not see or feel any problems. They are quite comfortable.

Very comfortable. I have had these before and liked them that is why I bought them again.

The size and fit are good. The material seems to be a grade up from another model I'd been buying. So far I've been enjoying this shoe.

Shoes are great, excellent fit. If the new shoes wear as well as the other pair of New Balance, I will get 8 plus years out of them. My orthotics fit snug.

Firm bottom, didn't last as long as expected.

The fit and sizing was great. The material looks nice and has performed well. Looks good even after a couple of good soakings and mud.
