Not wide enough, seem smaller

Compared to the now discontinued MW847v4, this 2E shoe is narrower in the toe box, but wider in the heel. Having Morton's Neuroma, I need a wide toe box, but do not want my heel to be swimming around in a 4E. Very disappointed in NB for discontinuing the 847. The suggested replacement , the NB FuelCell Walker Elite, is not as wide in the toe box, per many comments, and does not have great reviews.

Been a few months of daily wear and they're still super stiff and much narrower then described

I already have a pair of these and was actually trying to order a different New Balance but got wrong code in. The pair I had is a nice looking style but not my favorite fit.

Decently made trainer in an unusual 6E width which I was delighted to find. Unfortunately the toe box is too shallow top to bottom and my toes would bump painfully.

I thought it was leather like other like these. I should've read the fine print. I returned and ordered a different pair. Nice!

The shoes were too small. A 4E is usually great for me. I purchased a 6E and they were very tight and uncomfortable. Slip resistance soles were very stiff and inflexible.

Nice they are real leather - seem to run narrower than the 6E width they are supposed to be However those of us with WIDE feet don’t have many options

Fit and size were good but with no arch support my knees and hips are in pain. I've worn them but want to return them.

I was expecting the shoes to have leather uppers. They didn't feel like leather and they weren't, they were all man-made materials. Also there was no label on the shoes or the box that said this, I had to contact Zappos to verify it.

I have been wearing MX 857 since they were intorduced and cost $75.00 The quality of shoe has decreased over the years and the price has rised. There is minimal padding in the tongue making the shoe uncomfortable to wear

This 6EE felt narrower than my 4EE shoes from another maker. Toe box too triangular and squeezed by pinky toe. Leather is thin and not very supple. Outsole is hard and stiff. Insole is a hard piece of rubbery plastic - super dense and not like foam at all. Not sure how anyone can work 8 hours in them.

The width was not sufficient

Worst New Balance Shoes I've Ever Owned! Six months in and the soles are squeaking and breaking down. The toe box is tapered on the outside edges and crowding my toes. The tongues are comfortable but are too floppy. The outers are holding up well. I only wear these in an office environment and rarely more than a half day. Very disappointed in the fit, comfort and durability of the soles. If this is the new direction of New Balance then I'll be looking for a new brand after 25 years.

The size and toebox were good but the rest of the shoe squeezed my foot.

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered wide and was sent medium.

After trying them on andI look at the tip of the shoe, I see white glue at the tip, which I do not think should be there and which makes me think they are seconds. I’d like to return them
