Very comfortable I love the wide fit and comfort and received compliments on the look and design.

New left knee pain since switching from the V10 to V12. Problem solved when switching back to V10. Confirmed multiple times. 9.5. is more like a 10.5. SO HUGE my wife laughed at me! UNHAPPY!

The V12 is a bit longer but a lot more narrow than previous generations. For years I have worn a wide shoe and this if the first time I need to upsize. Consistency of product should be maintained to prevent consumer confusion.

More comfortable than the 990v5s they replaced.

I have 2 pairs of v11's, 2 pairs of v12's. The V12's are an improvement all around without removing any of the things that make the V11's such a comfortable shoe. I am 5'11, 155lbs, in my 40's. I do not run but work on my feet all day. A lifetime of foot and back pain that put me in a bad mood at the end of most days. These shoes have made a significant difference in my overall quality of life. No joke. Great shoe.

There are a few things I don't like about this shoe compared to the V11. For starters the upper is overly protective around the ankle. The padding is too thick for no reason. It rubs around the ankle. The tongue is also too cushioned. It could be a bit less. All this would save weight. Now for the cushioning. It is less squishy than the V11 for sure. A bit on the firm side which takes away from what fresh foam was all about. I feel that this was a step backwards for this model. Someone explain to me what this model is good for? You are better off with the Fresh Foam More V3. Not the V4, that's a brick. R & D needs to get their act together.

I have had V10 and V11 before getting V12. Very comfortable shoe. Always use them for long or slower runs. My lower body doesn't feel so beat up after a run. Wish they made brighter colors.

Best and lightest cushioned trainers I've ever worn! They are so comfortable that I even wear them to work.

New balance does not make shoes for men 35 under. This is a great design with extreme comfort. Highly recommended

Use for walking. I have problems with my feet and these shoes are the first ones I have owned that provide comfort while walking.

Love this shoe! Love the rollbar as I both pronate and supinate. It's heavier than the new fresh foam shoes but has much stronger support. And it took forever but these shoes have style and more than one color! Totally worth the money

I really love the forefoot cushioning in my 1080s. So many shoes focus only on rearfoot cushioning it has been really hard to find shoes with equally great cushion in the forefoot. My 1080s let me run comfortably at any speed.

At the store these shoes felt great, and even on short walks. Longer walks i have severe lateral foot pain in my left foot. I have never had this issue with any other shoe before! Super dissapointed

This shoe is not comfortable at all so if you're buying it just buy it for the style because that's at least nice

I'm a track coach so I'm on my feet 24/7 running around. These are literally the best thing for my feet. This is my 2nd pair! Soooo great

What a great shoe! I have a 11 e foot with a high instep. The last version of the 1080 had a narrow tongue that didn't guite tuck under the edge near the laces. This shoe fits and covers the gap. It's a very comfortable shoe with loads of cushioning.

They aren't worth the money. And I already made a review so where is if. But worth the money

I wear a 9 1/2 running shoes, these felt like a 10 or 11 size. I did like the toe box.

These shoes have a great feel from the moment I put them on. I have only ran about 20 miles in them so far but they are absolutely the best running shoes I've ever worn

Ordered a narrow & and standard to see which felt best. Noticed a significant difference in cushion..Standard was way more comfortable, narrow was way more stiff
