I love these!! I bought 3 pairswalking , jogging , or just an all day shoe. Super comfortable and perfect fit for a size 12 WIDE guy

My first 1080 v12 purchased in May had a sole width measured at the toe box of 5 1/4 inches. The second pair just purchased measure 4 3/4. Similar diminished width at heal. Stability gone. Apparently corruption comes to New Balance?? Come on !!!

I should contact you because within the first week my son showed me the foam has already torn on one of the shoes. We've purchased New Balance for years and this has never happened before.

I jog a few miles per week. Very stable and good support my feet are happier in the wide size. Great color and so far I would buy the same again

This is probably the 20th pair of these shoes I've bought. They are amazing, a very smooth ride. I have noticed that the soles in the last couple of versions seem to wear out quicker but I will still continue to buy these. Especially when new, they make all the nagging little pains disappear.

Very comfortable. They spring you forward. Unusual looks . No compliments on looks.

Very comfortable shoe. It is a little wider then the 990 V5 that I usaully wear. The shoe is soft but firm enough for walking or running

I used to feel like I was running on clouds when I laced up a new pair of 1080s. This version seemed more like running on shoes with 200 miles behind them - not nearly as cushioned as I expected. And pay attention to the larger size warning. I should have tried at a local running store vs buying online from NB as the turned out to be clown shoe size. Maybe not quite that bad but much more space than I expected. Still fine shoes with a nice wide toe box, just not up to the very high standard I expect for 1080s.

I walk an average of 12 miles a day and I weights train 7 days a week and these are my go to 100% of the time; I like them so much that I purchased ev very color they have.

I am buying NB Fresh Foam X 1080v22 now for sixth time. In the last two times (year 2021 and 2022) I notice that the strings becomes very short and difficult to tighten.

They were great at first but after 6 months they have fallen apart. The plastic has cracked in the heel, the material covering the inside of the heel has worn through and it pokes me when I walk in then. I've owned the prior models of the 1080 going back to v7. They have all lasted more than a year. I feel this one should have been the same considering I am less active now. Very unfortunate and NB feels that this is normal product life for the shoe.

These are great shoes, and can't recommend them enough, especially for those of you with 'problem' feet like mine (wide, and arthritic) I've owned a few pairs of the Fresh Foam 1080s, and thus far they are the only shoes that have fit me comfortably--right out of the box! I order the "wide" and am able to size down by a half; it's unbelievable what a difference that half size makes when power walking! I now need not compensate for that extra toe length with every step that a larger size brings. Well done, New Balance!

I get these running shoes a half size larger and wide width. I don't run due to knee replacements and for walking these are the most comfortable footwear I have. These are my second pair and I'm ordering a third, all different colors.

I use these shoes to play Pickleball and it's like running on pillows! Best and most comfortable shoe I've ever worn!

I use this pair for walking at work and they work great. I also have a pair that I use only for running.
