This jacket is warm, incredibly lightweight, and very beautiful. At 5'4", I tried on both a regular and a petite, and the petite fit like a glove. Highly recommend for 20-40 degree temps. I could certainly wear it if it were colder if I had on some warm pants. I highly recommend.

I bought this jacket for a trip to Yellowstone in the winter. It kept me warm and comfortable in 0 degree temps (with long undies). Size large was true to size.

Lightweight, very warm and great color. That said, I've only had it a couple of weeks and can't speak to how long it may last. And: I got mine 50% off, so absolutely worth it anyway!

I received this hooded jacket about 2 weeks ago, and have used it for 4 hikes in single digit weather here in NH. It has been superb!! I felt no cold nor wind on those days, and it was very windy on one day in particular. LOVE THE HOOD!!! Buy it --- the best part --- it is super light!! Would never think it would be as warm as it is given its weight!!!

Lightweight yet still so warm! I wasn't sure if it would be enough for New England winter but it is.

Great Jacket, great fit. I am relatively short, more of an athletic build. I need room in the front and and back, if you know what I mean. I typically have a hard time getting jackets to fit around my hips and in the chest. Sometimes the fit around the chest but have a tendency to ride up in the waist. That is not the case with this particular coat. I bought a Large and it fits perfectly with room in little room in both the chest and hips--plenty of room for layering. What stands the most with this jacket is how lightweight it is while not compromising on quality and ability to keep you warm even on the coldest New England days. Interior Pockets make for easy cell phone storage. Only Con: Since I sized up and I noticed my neck is a bit exposed, but was somewhat mitigated by tightening the hood strings. Nothing a scarf cant fix on the coldest days.

Finally! A coat that is warm but does not weigh a ton! I love it, Fit is slightly large but perfect for layering. Hood and collar surrounds your face for warmth without a confining feeling. Buying one for my husband.

Loved the coat! It is so warm but not heavy feeling or bulky. Wore it to a ice festival when the wind chill was 5 degrees and it was like toast under my coat.

Lightweight and warm, it's my new favorite. For reference, I'm 5'3" and large-chested (135 lbs.) I tried a large petite to be sure I had room for sweaters underneath, but it was too big. The medium petite is perfect and comes down below my hips.

Super warm and wind proof. Best winter jacket I have ever owned! Definitely stands up to slush and freezing rain(outdoor play). Size medium regular, height 5'6, weight 160 lbs.

Warm and comfy! I'm a ski coach in VT and I wear this under a shell....keeps me toasty on the most frigid days! Hood fits over helmet nicely. Love the stuff sack, so I can pack it in my bag without all the bulk.

This jacket is PERFECT for walking in temps 32 and below. Any warmerand it's TOO warm. For those complaining that the jacket isn't warm enough, I would suspect that it isn't if you're just standing still or walking at a slow pace. I walk at about 4 mph, so it's plenty warm for that. The small fit, but it was a little too fitted to layer if I wanted that option. So I got a medium. And the color? I purchased the deep lagoon and it is stunning! It's the prettiest color jacket I've ever had! And I absolutely love that this jacket is SO lightweight. I highly recommend. I do prefer the big baffle down jacket with the interior sleeve cuffs. However, the colors of that jacket were kind of boring. And having had the big baffle down jacket in the past, I can say that this ultralight down jacket is just as warm.

It's light but warm. It's comfortable to drive in. And the hood really helps when it's cold and windy.

I really like this jacket! I got it about a week or so ago, and it has been great so far for a winter in Boston. Today was the best test. It was about 28 degrees with a wind chill factor of 22 degrees, but the wind was whipping and it seemed much colder. I had a light sweater and a fleece on and I put my jacket on with the hood up and a hat and turtle fur neck warmer. I often run cold, but the only part of me that was cold for my 30 minute walk were my legs. I had jeans on, and the wind whipped right through the material, making my lower body cold. My upper body was not cold at all! I consider this a big success!! Also, the blue I ordered is really nice - it has a bit of a pop to it! I first ordered a 2x, but it was way too big. I sent it back and got a 1x in return. This fits perfectly and looks nice. Oh, the other thing is, I can't believe how light and packable it is! So strange that some of my thicker jackets are not as warm. I say go for it, if you're interested in a nice-looking, light, warm winter jacket!

Very happy with this jacket. The fit is great. I ordered a small and have room to wear a sweater underneath. The hood has been nice in the single digit weather, keeping my face warm.

I use a mobility device like a wheelchair or scooter, so need shorter jackets. This is the only petite of its kind I could find searching for a winter coat for Seattle. The fit is excellent, the sleeves aren't too short, and I like the style. It's not too puffy but warm enough for the 20s while sedentary. The adjustments for the hood are easy to manipulate and create a nice custom fit.
