The parka is warm and very comfortable! It has so many functional pockets that both zip and snap closed. The front zipper is sturdy and never catches in the fabric. Glad I took a chance on it!

The parka in XS fits comfortably, (I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs) with room for a sweater underneath. I love that it has many pockets, the outside slide-in pockets lined as "hand warmer pockets". The adjustable waist allows me to make it more "shapely". The zipper works smoothly and, overall, the parka appears very well made, The fabric has already proven to be water repellent in a light drizzle, haven't challenged it with a heavy downpour;) It is thinner/lighter than I thought and, as we move into a Midwestern winter, I'll find out how warm it will keep me before I have to break out my down-coat. I have received quite a few compliments on this parka and would definitely recommend it as a light- medium cover!

I tend to run warm, and this jacket has been the perfect winter coat so far. There's enough insulation to keep you protected from wind, but not so much that you start sweating to death as soon as you get moving. It's been great for morning dog walks when it's been in the 30's. I also really like the front pocket set up. The snap pockets in the front are great for things you don't want to lose, and the flannel lined pockets behind them are perfect for keeping hands warm.

Have had same coat for many years now . Sleeves are beginning to fray so needed to purchase another. Love this coat, hence purchase of another was no brained.

The jackets were purchased as gift for my daughters. They fit properly and have an attractive appearance.

I love this color and it is a perfect fit. Just what I wanted for the fall & spring when it is not too cold out!!! Better than a sweater!

Beautiful coat and warm although a bit heavier than I was looking for but would be a great transition coat or even possibly a winter coat option.

I don't like online shopping because sizes are so different depending on the company. This petite size small coat fits perfectly. I am 5'2" tall at 106 lbs. and the number and deep pockets was just what I needed. It's a perfect Fall coat and still roomy enough for a bulky sweater. While I am a fan of LL Bean, I like how the logo is not plastered on the outside of the jacket. Great purchase!

Nice heavy jacket. I've worn it on some pretty cold days. True to size. Plenty of pockets. I would recommend.

I love this coat. It's the second one I have owned and the burgundy color is so pretty. It's the perfect weight for running errands in our upstate New York weather or to walk the dog. It blocks the wind and is roomy enough to put a fleece or sweater underneath for more severe weather. Comparing it to my old one (10+ years old) I was disappointed it didn't have the cute stitching on the shoulders and elbows. The hood required some adjustment to keep it up. I use the hood all the time and like that the "fur" keeps the precipitation off your face.

This coat is perfect for what I wanted. I live in Tennessee and it's been chilly this year. The coat is the perfect weight for cold days. My husband said it's "sporty". The length is perfect-hits mid-thigh and the fit is roomy for winter clothes beneath. I am 5'4 and 130 lbs and bought the Medium. Quality is excellent. It's like a dressy barn coat. Worth the money and I hope to have it for lots of years. Llbean is my go to store these days!

We recently moved to the mountains of SW Virginia and I needed a dog walking coat for those cold, overcast, windy days; the kind that can chill you to the bone. I was concerned this coat might not be heavy enough but it has proven to be perfect, If it is below freezing and exceptionally windy I tend to add a hoodie under it. Some complained about the hood falling in your face. When I use the hood on walks I just fold the fur back and all is good. When it is raining it is great to have the hood be a bit oversized, keeps the glasses clean. Love the burgundy color too.

I bought this coat in sage green- size small - I'm 5 - 8 140lb fits perfect! I love the drawstring in the inside of the coat at the waist. I didn't know if I would like the fur around the hood- but it is so soft and looks very nice- plus you can remove it if you want. I have 3 dogs & dog hair is always a problem with my coats- not one dog hair has stuck on my coat yet! So happy all around!

Great looking coat, had to return because daughter was gifted a coat, but will definitely purchase again when another winter coat is needed. Stylish for my teen daughter.

I love the number of pockets, the robust zipper, and the light weight of this jacket. It's perfect for spring, fall, and mild winter days. It's also great for running errands on colder days when you spend more time in the car or store than outdoors. Not a fan of the fur trim on the hood for such a light jacket, but it easily zips off. I would love to see a cold winter version of this style and a larger choice of colors.

Beautiful Jacket!! So Pleased our son requested for our daughter in law. She absolutely loves it, as a busy mother, wife, professional worker, she wears many hats, and so deserving of a super Jacket.. Bought to up my game for walks in New River Valley, VA mountains. Temps aren't as bad as Maine but winds can be biting and pup needs to be walked. So far it is perfect for running errands, unzipped, and walking pup. As some mentioned the hood does fall into eyes but I like the look. Really like the fact it is washable. And bonus-my 34 year old daughter likes it!!

I have the 2016 version in camel (not available obviously) and it is still my favorite coat ever. It's surprisingly very warm and I love the fur hood and that I can take it off if it's raining. The elastic at the waist adds shape. I'm a medium large woman and my size medium still fits me great to this day despite gaining 15 pounds since 2016. Today I continue to get loads of compliments on the coat - more compliments than most things I own. People are like omg I want that and I'm like yeah it's from a while ago lol. Best jacket ever.

I have gotten many compliments on this jacket. It is both stylish and warm. I ordered a size bigger than usual to be able to wear a sweatshirt under and it is perfect. A little pricey but worth it. Very well made! Love all of the pockets!
