Love this jacket. This is a layering jacket. It's not bulky. Looks great, and it's very comfortable when you want a lighter weight jacket. I ordered the alpine color. It's darker than the color pictured. I like the snaps at the placket, rather than velcro. Overall it's a very nice jacket.

I'm pleased with this jacket! I was worried that the flannel lining would make it too warm for moderate weather, but it's a very light/thin lining. I've used it in 40-60 degree (+ windchill) midwest weather so far (with a light underjacket) & it kept the wind out very well. I'm 5'0" and the fit (including the drawstring!) is very proportional. The only thing that doesn't work perfectly is the pocket's side opening (for my hands)-a tad too low. However, I got a large & a smaller size might have brought it up a bit. The length is great & the crinkliness (?) doesn't bother me. Haven't used it in rain yet, but it feels like it will be fine.This will replace my old jacket that I've used for 20 years!

Fits great, love the spruce pine color. The only change I would make is having the hood be removable. The pockets are nice and roomy, and it is pretty wind-resistant for a lightweight coat.

Very roomy jacket for wearing a sweater under in colder overcast weather. I love the navy color, the jacket is very flattering. The hood will come in handy. Plan on taking this on my travels overseas.

What a perfect jacket! I love everything about this jacket - the color (I ordered navy), the hardware, the zipper, the pockets, the material, but most of all the perfect fit! I ordered the XS Petite and the sleeves and shoulders fit perfectly. This jacket could easily pass for dressy casual. The style and fit of this jacket make it ideal for travel and for outings as well as outdoor walks in the rain - great hood, too! There is enough room in this jacket to wear a few layers underneath. I highly recommend this great LLBEAN jacket.

This jacket is awesome. It is perfect for chilly/rainy days. It is loose enough of a fit to have layers on underneath when needed, yet with the draw cord it still looks nice and fitted. New favorite three season jacket!

Great jacket! Needs insulation at around 45 degrees. Easy to clean. Cute style! I love it so far!

Does a great job at keeping me warm and dry. I'm a size 12 on top, 14 on bottom and the extra large fits great! It's not very thick, but I was specifically looking for something more lightweight for layering. My favorite feature is the adjustable cuffs!

I love this jacket. Most of the time I don't wear a coat while driving but this one isn't too bulky and doesn't bother me.

But for my daughter. She loves it. Perfect warmth for fall and spring. Works well in the rain, but she enjoys wearing it even when it's not raining. Fits well. Plenty of pocket space.

Got this from my husband for Christmas and I am SO HAPPY with it! I asked him to order the next size up so I can put a heavy sweatshirt under it if I want. This will be perfect for outdoor work and farm chores. LLBean, THANK YOU for offering petites! I have languished with poorly-fitting Carhartts for years, and this jacket is the perfectly-sized counter to them!

This is an unbelievably good jacket. It fits well and has plenty of pockets. The color (I got the navy) is perfect. The partial flannel interior adds just the right amount of extra comfort and warmth The hood protects against rain. It is strikingly attractive. It is the best raincoat I have ever owned.

Runs slightly large but not enough to drop down a size. Just enough to layer clothes underneath in cold rainy weather. Love it.

Just as I hoped, this jacket fits well over a heavy sweater or light shirt. I like the length and the draw string waist adds femininity. Shipping was timely.

Perfect jacket for those in-between days of fall or spring. It feels very light but is warm and easy to use in layering. The metal two-way zipper is a real plus.

I love this jacket! It's lightweight, but the wind resistance & water resistance is wonderful! It's great for layering, but I have found that it is warm enough to wear with just a lightweight shirt. I would highly recommend!
