Jacket is great but why why are you using chemicals that have a cancer warning?

I had to return it! Was way too tight!!I loved it, wish it would have fit me??

Aqua light, Petite XL-- it looked so cute in the picture, love the brown inner color that complements the green.. a little surprised that the entire coat feels stiff. Hoping it will soften up some after a wash.

Looks a lot nicer in the picture than it is in real life. Color not accurate and it's not very warm.

Not sure why L.L. Bean thinks customers want a tacky scratchy label on their products. Must be their attempts to attract a more logo-conscious consumer rather than their core customers who just want well-made, practical and long-lasting products.

I was excited to receive this jacket until I tried it on. It is very form-fitting. The upper arms are very snug and overall just an odd fit. No thick layers will fit under this jacket just thin sleeved shirts.

Runs small and the arms were too long for me. Very warm! Returned item.

The coat was soft and warm. Unfortunately, the arms were tight and the coat was overall too small based on the sizing. Will have to return.

Not fit well for plus size. Just because you gain weight does not mean your arms get longer.

Seemed to be true to size, but the style was not flattering for a larger woman. As with so many items, the sleeves are too long.

Good coat for spring and fall. It is not wind resistant. The length is nice for walks or sitting at football games. Fit was a little bulky. I have a similar LLBean coat so chose to return this.

This coat fits as it should. It is warm. It looks like a blanket that has been washed a few too many times. If you wear this item with a sweater it is very hard to get your arms in. The sleeve lining is like Velcro on a sweater. Overall, I don't love this item.

Coat looked nice and was warm looking, but no lining on the inside. irritating seams exposed. I decided to return it.

I found in ran tight in the upper arms and it was really bulky and not flattering at all. I bought a 1X and did return it.

Had to return as this runs on the small size, especially around the arm holes

So disappointing to get this beautiful coat and the armholes are too tight. My arms are not big, so I am baffled. I was so looking forward to wearing this!

This coat came yesterday and I tried it on and while it's a wee bit snug in my middle section I can work on that but the arms were tight and I ordered an extra large so I just sent it back and I'm going up to 1X and if that is still tight in the arms then I will give up completely. I was so looking forward to this for the cold mornings when I walk my dog. And I guess I should add that I would normally order a large but I went up to the extra large so while I'm hopeful the One X will work I'm not counting on it.

I was so excited to get this coat. I got the Mauve, and I've been shopping LL Bean for 25 years and am always a Size Petite Small. When I opened the package and saw the color, I was disappointed it's ugly. When I tried it on and zipped it up, it barely fit over my lightweight top so imagine when I wear something heavier. I don't like my coats being snug, so this had to go back. I ordered the medium in the Ice green. We'll see what that looks and feels like.

The coat was exactly what I was looking for, however, it wasn't true to size. I normally wear a 2X in clothes (size 20/22) but I wanted my coat to be a little roomy, so I ordered a 3X. I couldn't even zip the coat up, it was too tight. Especially in the arms, where I normally have no problems with jackets/coats. Unfortunately, I had to return it. On the bright side, the refund came fairly quickly.

Not as expected color was not good for me. Also the fleece was not the quality I expected.

I do like this coat but it isn't black like I thought, it's more a coffee color.

Even though the jacket looks and feels very nice, it runs small. Sadly, I had to return it.

Loved the style and color, but the fabric was too stiff and uncomfortable. I sent it back.
