Love how fuzzy it is, and very very warm. Long enough so you can sit on it which is what I wanted. 4/5 stars because I think it would be better with a tighter waist or at least a cinch option.

Much thicker than expected and fairly wind resistant with proper layering underneath.

Really liked this jacket. It seems a little small will be exchanging it for a large

Cozy fleece, has a good silhouette though could use a little more stretch in places such as the arms, back and chest to allow better movement especially when using layers.

I ordered the grey and you sent me navy. I decided to keep it because it took a long time to get my order.

Bought to match the puppy coat. Like this but the puppy coat is on back order. So not sure I'm. Keeping this.

I'll be getting the cream color as well. This coat fits me perfectly even after gaining weight. It's flattering and warm!!

It looked so cute on the model! My feedback is similar to all other I have read.. a bit boxy and runs a bit big.... Otherwise I would have loved it, but I returned.

I think this jacket is super cute and fits well. I originally ordered a large because I read some reviews that said it was tight in the shoulders. However the jacket was too big in the hips so then I got the medium. This fit looked a lot better on me, but I did have to sacrifice room in torso. I'll only be able to wear this jacket with a thin under layer such as a long sleeve or thin sweatshirt.
The fact they advertise that this jacket is "Designed for windproof protection" is kind of a joke because the wind cuts right through it. I was wearing a T-shirt under the jacket and felt like my arms were being blasted with cold air. However, the parts of my body that had a layer under the coat were just fine. Also I really like the hood, it's designed well and can fit snuggly around your face if you want to keep the cold air out.
So take all of this how you will, but for the fashion and coziness of the sherpa I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a nice cozy fleece coat. I like the long length, double zipper, zip pockets, wind-blocking lining, and fuzzy appearance. It's warm. I've worn it in 35 degrees with a sweatshirt underneath (roomy enough in my regular size small for that) and I was warm. It covers my rear which I really like too. I wish there was an inside pocket or a Napoleon pocket for my kleenex, chapstick, and mask b/c they take up a bit of room in the hand pockets (that's what the minus star is for plus color selection). I got the natural which is a nice color but not my usual choice. The sleeves are a good length. I haven't cinched the hood but I put it up and it stays up and keeps me warm. I like that it's not my down coat which I will end up wearing for nearly 6 months so this is a welcome change. I washed it before wearing & it washed just fine (follow the directions).

The only reason I gave this a 4, is due to expecting the XL to be roomier in the chest area. Otherwise this is a great find!

I love this jacket and have gotten compliments each time I have worn it! I typically wear a size medium but when I tried this on in-store, the small was much more flattering. It is so soft and warm! The only downside is that I can't really wear a thick sweater underneath because It made me feel really bulky.

This is a throwback style with a modern fit and shape. I fell in love the moment I saw it in the catalog and purchased immediately. It's warm, not too bulky, semi-form-fitted and great for milder winter days without precipitation. The color is exactly what I was hoping for; not white, not ivory and not gray. My only complaint is that the sleeves fit me a little long but I wouldn't trade for petite just to get shorter sleeves because I know I'd lose overall length. I paid full-on regular price and I don't usually pay regular price for ANYTHING. I love it and will be enjoying it for years to come.

This coat is comfortable to wear. I did think it would be much softer to the touch but it is a little rough feeling. I purchased the gray. I have noticed that the wind does go through this coat. It is a nice length that covers your bum so good to wear with leggings. The hood is a good feature that I do appreciate. It did wash up nice but I hung to dry. I feel like this is a good in between coat being not to heavy and not to light.

I ordered the large and it is a bit big in the hips and arms. I ordered the medium to see if it would be a better fit and it was very snug. I am returning the medium and keeping the large. I feel like I needed something between the two sizes. It is a beautiful coat.

I couldn't decide between the blue or the cream, so I bought both. I wanted to try them on and see which color looked best. I am keeping the cream. I am tall and thin, with monkey arms. I typically need the medium for arm length, but the small to fit my narrow hips. The small fits great. I could use a tiny bit of arm length, but I know the medium would not give me any shape. As long as I don't walk around with my arms up over my head, the arm length is fine.
I think this is soft! I half expected it to be stiff like the Retro fleece of Beans competitor, but it is not. The lining is super soft and flexible. I am psyched with my purchase. If ever this goes on the daily deal, I am buying the blue one as well!

To begin, my stats: 37-30-43 (Typically a M(tall) in tops and 10 on bottom, athletic hourglass, broad shoulders, bubble butt). I do agree with the other reviewer that mentioned this isn't AS soft as I had anticipated, however I think the good outweighs the bad by far, and it's still super cute and functional! I initially ordered a medium and large but the large was on back order, so I decided to cancel it and just hope that my ample hips would fit in the medium! They do! With a little room to spare - I love the double zipper which allows for more flexibility/mobility around the hips. deep pockets, with zippers are great. The medium fit me a little looser than the picture of the model, but the sleeves would have been to short if I went any smaller. Plenty long for my 5'9'' frame. Keeping it!

Almost. but not quite. The dark color trim on the brown and white one makes it look cheap. Like they took a bad shortcut. I see that a lot with thes company. Otherwise I would recommend it.

I had been eyeing this coat for a while before I bought it. I love the color and how it looks on me. It is bulky and is a little bit heavy to wear.

It's a cute coat, but just not my style. It's a better style for younger girls. The small petite was too small. The sleeves were tight. I returned it.

This is lightweight and I'm not sure why it's described as a coat. Also, much too tight across the chest and I'm not even very busty, so I had to return and try a size up. Not sure if I will keep the larger size. Also, I paid $170 for this jacket through the website, but it came shipped to me with a price tag attached for $149. Why the mark-up?

I loves Beans, and I'll probably end up keeping this jacket, it's warm, it does have big pockets. However, it's not as cute or soft as I thought it would be, definitely gives "wearing a dog bed" vibes to me.

Love the cozy Sherpa-like fleece. It has some styling so it's not boxy but the liningvery stiff!!
Returned by mail. Was very surprised the refund is a Bean gift card!!! Not my first choice!
