I like a lining in a jacket. This did not have one. The fit was good though.

The waterproofing and general comfort are good but the fit is poor. I'm 5'5" 118 lbs. Despite buying a Small Petite, the arms are too long and the top of the hood extends too far, blocking my vision both forward and to the sides.

This is a beautiful jacket and I was so excited to receive it. I tried it on and i felt like I was wearing a garbage bag. The inside has absolutely no lining, so if you are prone to wearing short sleeves or sleeveless blouses, this is not comfortable. I am returning it for that reason.

I sent it back. It zips on the left side instead of the right side. Plus, it was a little tight in some spots.

The jacket fits well,color is fine but it should have a light lining .

I may return it. The L wasn't quite big enough and the XL is huge. They are also too "plastically".

Not what we expected. Thought it was a thicker lining, more like a spring jacket. Not worth the price

Much smaller than expected. A regular size medium has much more room.

This rain jacket is lightweight, fits perfectly, and serves as a spring/fall coat as well! I love the color!

Wrong size the only jacket they had in the color my sister wanted so it is too big. I'm hoping to exchange it when they have her size in stock.

Reliable, sturdy construction. That's all I need to tell you about this product unless you want to know the person who received this product had specifically said she would like this rain jacket because her previous rain jacket was from LL Bean. Much of her outdoor leisure wear has come from LL Bean. As she clearly likes the quality of LL Bean clothing, I suspect she will continue to buy or request gifts from this store.

The jacket's fine, except for the cut. It would have looked smashing on someone about 5' 7" and 115 lbs.

Many years ago I bought the earlier version of this jacket and loved it, but the laminated waterproofing is now flaking off. I had hoped that this current version would be a happy replacement but found that its 'Slightly Fitted' shape doesn't fit my shape in any size. I tried this jacket in Petite and Regular in 2 different sizes but cannot get the perfect fit that I have with my LLBEAN Mountain Classic Full Zip Jacket and my Winter Warmer Jacket. Also I was disappointed that unlike my old jacket this current version doesn't have the 2 way zipper in the front. I'll check back with LLBEAN next year to see if there have been any changes.

Not as water resistant as I thought it would be. It is light weight and easy to carry.

I just didn't care for the elastic around the bottom. Jacket only looked right when zipped up, and the band was too snug. Others might like this style.

Nicely made. Great color. Fit is not what I expected. It's a bit fitted, and won't really accommodate a mid-weight sweater, and the next size up was too big. Will use it for Spring-Summer only.

Returned this item. Purchased online and it was too large.

It would have to be a very light rain for this jacket to keep you protected. The jacket is more like a windbreaker than raincoat. The fit was good, but get a larger size if you are wearing something heavy underneath.

Not the same quality as the coat I was replacing after wearing for 15 or so years. Have not worn the new jacket yet. Maybe I ordered the jacket instead of coat.

I have always purchased my rain jackets from L.L.Bean. This one falls short compared to previous purchases. It is NOT breathable so I got very warm wearing it. I forgot my two rain jackets which I purchased from L.L.Bean a few years ago in Florida. We are traveling Canada so I purchased. This Trail Model Rain Jacket. The light blue is a lovely color, but unless it is cold out, you will roast in this jacket. I gave 3 stars because it is made well and has the zippered pockets, but it simply is not comfortable because it hold your body heat and is not breathable. Very disappointed

The sleeves are very long. The fit is bulky and uncomfortable.

Seems like a nice jacket, but the arms came down 6 inches past the tips of my fingers.

Body of size small was very baggy and sleeves too long. Fabric was stiff. Returned.

The jacket is great and fits well. However, when wearing the hood up, it covers my eyes entirely. I cannot use this as a rain coat because of this reason.

Cut is "interesting." Petite Medium was big enough to layer over coat, sleeves ridiculously long. Small was too small to zip! Ended up returning (sadly) Color was beautiful.
