I moved up north about 9 years ago and every year I have tried to find the perfect coat. This is IT! It fits so well and the big kicker for me was this weekend I realized the hand pockets each have another zippered pocket inside that was large enough to fit my phone. Iove that I can zip it in there and it feels secure that I don't have to worry about it falling out or being pick-pocketed when I am traveling. I ordered Petite Medium. Petite was not a choice available.

This parka runs big, but that's ok. I just returned it for the next size down. I love how plush it feels; I've always loved down items. This parka has a cinch you can adjust from the inside so that it gives you more of a feminine look. Can't wait to use it!

I love this jacket! I've been seeing it for years on the website, but I never cared for it until I saw it in person in an LLBean store. I keep the waist slightly cinched, which flatters the figure and makes the legs look thin. Super soft and cozy. I wouldn't wear it in frigid weather, but that's me. It's good for late fall for me, maybe early winter. Bought it in black, looks spectacular - stylish, even. True to size; if in doubt order down. I'm 5'2" about 115 and bought petite xs (ordered both the s and the xs to try, and I was swimming in the small).

Very warm , wind proof, the upper material could be a little better quality but I like this jacket ! I've purchased xxs , I'm 120 pounds and 5,7

Wonderful warm parka on cold days and cold nights watching high school soccer.

Short winters in St Louis can be bitterly cold even though the season is short. I had a longer black parka but needed something in down and wanted a light color so walking the neighborhood after dark was safer. This one absolutely fills the bill. I love it - it's perfect!

I am very happy with this jacket. It's warm and fits well. It is also light. Ialso like the pockets.

I have not worn this jacket yet as we are not having winter temps yet. However, it fits great, is very well made and I love the color.

Great fit, nice amount of warmth, good looking --- finally bought a new Bean winter coat. My last one lasted at least 20 years! But I was bigger! I'm 5'2" 140 lbs so I purchased petite Large. I usually wear a sweater w a coat in cold weather. Had a few cold mornings in Chicago so far to test this out

I intentionally ordered a small so I could wear a thick sweater underneath. The parka seems quite warm. I'm glad I ordered it.

This is one of the best coats I have ever had. It fits well and is very warm. I love the length, it perfect!

Looks great, the medium fits comfortably (I am 5'5", 130 lbs) & will be perfect for my upcoming Christmas Market tour in December. Pockets do have snaps, which quite a few people mentioned, but they also have an interior zip pocket underneath the snap along with another interior zip pocket in the upper chest area. I looked hard for a coat that would be waterproof, keep me warm, looked good and was a good value. This coat hits all the marks.

This is an excellently engineered and constructed winter jacketlonger than most for an extra level of warmth in the "hip zone" and fits just snugly enough all over for optimum comfort in coldest weather. I don't want to say I am eager for winter temps, but I am ready for them!

Coat is true to size: I'm 5'2" and 104 lbs. Lots of nice features like the detachable hood and zippered pockets. Looking forward to cold weather when I can wear it!

The jacket fits well, isn't too heavy, is the right length and weight and my favorite color of red.

Attractive color (red but not too bright). Warm but not too heavy. As someone noted the side pockets aren't very deep but the inner zipper pockets are clever for stashing keys or money safely. I'm very happy with this parka.

This is the nicest coat I've ever owned. It's well made, and I love the small details like the double pocket on the right side, and the inside breast pocket on the left. I would definitely recommend this coat.

Just the right coat for the very cold winter season this year. I like the longer length and the fit of the coat. The evening blue color is nice too.
