I have an LL Bean jacket from at least 30 years ago. I still wear it MAINLY because the sleeves and size are big enough I can wear something slight thicker underneath it. WHY DON'T They come back with the fuller sleeves and nit the tight narrow ones that you can barely get your turtleneck comfortable underneath ? PLEASE BRING IT BACK,!!!!!!!! I keep hoping every year. Come on girls please complain!!!!!

Really too early to tell how it will wear when it gets chilly / Cold. Do like all of the zipper pockets.

I sell soap at the local farmer's market. My booth is in the shade and when the wind is up, it's chilly. I bought this fleece jacket to keep warm during those chilly times at the market. This jacket works. My only complaint is the arms are a bit too long. I put a roll in them and when I have time, I'll shorten them properly.

Not a true to size fit but fits well. Not perfect fit but will do. I'm afraid the next size up or down won't fit well. I would recommend llbean for their quality.

Loved the cut and fit of this style. I have many other LLBean jackets this one is cut with less emphasis on being curvy all my other jackets are too curvy so they look lumpy at best on me. The material is warm and lightweight and washes well. If you wear a pack for hiking it will rub on this material and it will pill some. I bought this for outdoor wear and that's fine with me... I would love this jacket style with the old windproof polartek fabric that would make a awesome jacket for color and wet weather outdoors activity especially fall and winter camping

Ordered the Petite Small as I knew the xtra small would be too tight. The sleeves are a bit long but easy to roll up. Lovely jacket but I wish they would put their logo at the bottom of the jacket. Placing it up front on a white jacket takes away from the nice look -- which is why I gave it only 4 stars.

I ordered Petite Medium and it fits well over something else, not too bulky and very warm. I mention that first as Petite sizing is not consistent and I return a lot. The jacket is nice. I live in Florida and most of the time it's all I need. I wish it had an interior pocket like my old one. Not sure I'm in love with the "sweater fleece". I think I like the softness of the old fleece better but, I'm getting used to the feel. Overall, it's a keeper.

I liked the color and the construction of the jacket. It seemed as if it would be very warm. It was a bit too large for me. I could have exchanged it for a smaller size, but went ahead and just did a return because I realized I had another fleece jacket very similar to it. I'd still recommend it to anyone else, though.

I like the jacket. Tlhe color was nice; however, it was too big. I bought Small Petite. The sleeves were too long. I will exchange it for a smaller size.

The fleece is lovely, well made, comfy etc. The color "silver moon" has slight light blue undertones.

Bought it in Petite and bought it xl. Wanted the extra room to layer and look oversized. It was perfect! Love the look and quality. Have bought fleece for 30 plus years from LlBean and will continue to do so! Love this style it's terrific.

The fleece jacket was ok, but I am not wild about the "Navy Blue", not what I consider navy blue. Also not liking the cuffed sleeves and bottom. I would not purchase this item again.

this is my second purchase of this jacket. It is warm, lightweight. Only problem is there is something sharp at top of zipper that irritates my chin when fully zipped.

The fit and finish are good, the color attractive. It is warm till about 50 degrees, too cold for my winters but good indoors in a cool house and good under a windbreaker. The fabric is not as soft as the many Bean jackets I've had before. The old ones never wore out or pilled. I have not had this one long enough to know if it will be as durable.

Good weight for fleece jacket and fits well. I like the side pockets but miss the inside pockets. I like the feel of the fabric and the warmth is good. I can wear indoors in addition to outdoors.

this fleece top is very warm and fits well. I bought petite since I am only 5 ft tall and it has the right proportions. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the piping on one of the sleeves is starting to come off. There was a 1 inch messed up seam there which started fraying. Trimming off the frays caused the stitching to come out and the piping material is fraying as well.

I love this fleece jacket ,which is probably 3years old, but the tab on the zipper broke off. LLBean said I could exchange it but after reading the complaints about pilling and seeing the label on the front, which mine does not have, I have decided I am fortunate to have the older version. I will take it to a tailor to see it they can replace the zipper at my own expense.

This jacket I bought in PL size. It fits just right and I like the navy color. Only thing I don't like is that it doesn't block the wind. Otherwise it is very comfortable and warm.

I am looking for a warm, fleece zip jacket with large zip pockets...no hood. I believe this is the jacket that I tried on in the Park City, Utah store. Not sure if I will buy this jacket for two reasons: 1. I really prefer no logo label prominently displayed on the chest. I really prefer an embroidered label near the bottom side or left off completely. 2. I really do not like the brown leather pulls on the jacket. I like a quality long pull, but not the leather.

I own eight LL Bean Fleece jackets. I was disappointed that they no longer have the inside pockets on this latest model. Also I liked the small pocket on the sleeve that was just the right size for keys or other small items. This zippered pockets are a big plus. The colors are a bit limited.

Pros: fits over hips, zips up to high neck, fits comfortably, not too tight anywhere, warm in freezing, windy weather. Cons: don't like the binding at sleeve wrists, sleeves a bit long. I may cut and hem instead. Zipper is a bit awkward to engage, Bean logo is more conspicuous than I'd prefer so I may remove it altogether.

As soon as we took this out of the bag, I thought "wow, that looks short!" My 5'7" teen tried it on and it was plenty wide but too short in the body and arms. Going up a size only gives an extra 3/4 inch. Going up 2 sizes would be ridiculously wide. A Tall option would be perfect. She really likes it (very soft and fuzzy inside!) but I think we might have to return.

Wonderful jacket. It has one problem, sleeves are too tight, no room for layering. As we get older our upper arms become rather flabby and room is needed.
