The Mountain Classic Fleece is one of my absolute favorite Bean pieces ever. The new Silver Moon color is such a perfect addition and love, love, love the recycled material the fleece is made out of. The bean lace details to the jacket pulls are always so cute, too!

Would buy in every color if I could..has been perfect for our mercurial winter weather this year.

I love this jacket, the fleece is a great weight. I am also 6 months pregnant that so I am usually a Large but bought a little bigger for a growing belly to get me through spring. It's perfect. Thank you!

I got this fleece jacket for the cool nights of winter to spring and it was the perfect jacket to stay warm.... Now working inside during the 'virus' this keeps me comfortable without increasing the heat during the day.... perfect item!!!

This is the second one of these that I bought the first was a different color. Both of them are warm and fashionable and they fit well. If there were more colors that looked good on me, I'd get them as well.

This fleece jacket really is perfect, it is extremely comfortable and very nicely proportioned. I didn't feel like I was wearing a giant bag, as can happen with some manufacturers when they get to larger sizes. Jackets like this one are the reason LL Bean is such a long time success!

Well made, soft, comfortable and warm. I love it.

Comfortable to wear inside or under a coat. More fitted than the older version. Nice grey blue. LLBean label on chest easily removed with a seam ripper. (I'm not paid by LLBean to advertise their products.) Good every day sweater.

My biggest burst of enthusiasm is for the COLOR!! Didn't really need another warm jacket, but couldn't resist something for women that is a pure, classic color (mostly seen in the Men's department). It's well made and nicely finished. I had to tinker with size, but got it right, and I'm sure I'll happily be wearing this jacket for years to come. Keep up those colors, L.L. Bean!

I bought this jacket for a trip this summer to Canada. It is perfect because it is light weight but will be warm on chilly mornings. Love the way it looks and the white goes with everything!

The color is very nice, I had picked the blue color. This jacket is very warm. It would be too warm wearing it on a balmy night. But beautiful for a cold day/night. The jacket is beautifully make with nice stitching. I did not like the LLBean label on front of the jacket but I was able to carefully undo the stitching and remove the label. Sorry LLBean! The flabel was sewn on, not glued or embroidered. I prefer merchandise without any brand labels, and the removal of the label did not leave any marks on the jacket.

This fleece jacket is perfect in every way. The fit is true to size and the color (forest green) is beautiful. It's warm and cozy. We keep our house on the chilly side so I can wear it indoors; in fact I've been living in it every day since I took it out of the package! I'm sure it'll make a great jacket when spring arrives.

This is the second of these jackets I have bought over the years plus a couple of pullovers and vests. They are wonderful as an extra warm sweater or light jacket. The fleece is luscious, soft and warm. They wash well and last for years. This one will be a new favourite for me for sure. I so appreciate that Bean has some 2x tops but I wish they would make more of them. I see so many wonderful options for those lucky enough to be smaller than I am and much fewer choices for us larger topped women. However, I do love LLBean quality and will keep buying bottoms for sure and keep hoping for more tops in my size. My husband and I are loyal Bean shippers and appreciaters for sure.

This jacket is so convenient, even in weather that is quite cold. For running errands, a large heavy coat is just too much--this is warm and with a scarf and/or gloves, I am quite comfortable walking most anywhere. I love the navy shade and replaced a very old ( ten years plus) gray fleece as well. This fleece is well made, and I always appreciate pockets with zipper closure. For my figure type, straight lines through the body of the jacket is an important styling feature. I really rely on LL Bean to continue to offer these jackets.

Nice thick fleece, excellent attention to detail, and looks like it'll last forever. Bonus: instead of the tight-in-the-middle fit which is the rule these days, it fits without making me feel claustrophobic. Nor is it baggy. Basically, perfect.

My partner loved her fleece jacket. Fit was great and it keeps her warm. (She has a circulation problem). She even bought another one.

It's a great fleece. Warm and easily fits over sweaters or sweatshirts. I find it to be VERY warm.

Love this fleece. Agonized over sizing, reading through all the reviews and trying to decide M vs L, Reg vs Petite. The petite L fits great (overall length and sleeve length) with room for layering a T underneath. Love the green color and the drawcord hem. This fleece will be perfect for my upcoming trip to Ireland this spring!

I have been wearing LLB zippered fleece jackets for years. They are always nice but this one with waist line marked makes it very flattering. I didn't like the yellow cords (I suppose they match Bean boots laces) but otherwise it's really nice. I buy Petite and it's a good length.
