I bought this fleece to wear at work in a hospital. It took a couple of tries to get the size right. I initially ordered a medium and large and both were floating on me. I ended up with the small. It fits through the shoulders and isn't overwhelming around the middle, but fits a bit closer around the hips (but not too tight). I am smaller on top with wide hips. The design is flattering and the fabric is soft and comfortable.

All is great except the collar - it is too high on my neck and rubs. I can turn it down and sometimes it stays where I want it. I wish it had snaps on each side of the collar near the zipper!

I really like this classic fleece jacket. It's on the thicker side, which means it's quite warm and the color is exactly as expected. The fit is rather trim so it provides nice lines, not boxy. Feels soft, yet sturdy and well-made.

This fleece has a good style, fits well, and is warm. It's hard not to wear it every day.

This jacket is comfortable and fits so well. It is so hard as a plus size women to find a nice fitting jacket, and this one is a really nice one. I got a size 2x, which is my normal size, and it fits me perfectly. the arms have the perfect amount of room for me to move my arms in full circles and not feel tight yet not look baggy. I would recommend this jacket to anyone and everyone.

We bought the fleece jacket for our 19 year old daughter and we love LL Bean jackets. It is well made and durable in design and soft fleece. The style is good looking and she likes the zipper pockets. LL Bean sells high quality jackets. The color is ok and she did pick the navy blue because she didn't like the other colors for the fleece jacket. We wish there was a cobalt or royal blue fleece jacket in this style to purchase. You can wear a sweatshirt underneath it. It is Great!

Some of the major online retailers now selling fleece jackets appear to be competing solely on price. The fleece is thin. The fleece may be of inferior quality in that after a few washes the material looks terrible. And the zippers are cheap nylon zippers appropriate to a jersey dress, and they stick at times. This jacket is superb. Great quality. Washes well. Really good quality zippers. I love the zipped pockets (my iPhone doesn't fall out when I sit down). There is only one thing I would change -- that LLBean logo on the left upper chest. I am not keen on logos in general, and if there is one, I would prefer it to be subtle.

Surprise how warm it is compared to other brands. I love it!

This jacket and a pair of pants are my first pieces of clothing ever, from LL Bean. I like the thickness and texture of this jacket. I am curvy to begin with, but the side toggles emphasize my hip flare in a NICE way. My bust is large, and this area of the jacket does not fit perfectly but the zipper glides over nicely and does not look awkward. I purchased green and I love the color. However, the jacket does shed. I assume this will wash out. I hope it will, because I really love this jacket. If you have an hourglass shape, this jacket will not make you look frumpy, but will accentuate your curves without making you look like you have rolls (due to bunching).

This jacket is so well made from zippers to fabric and design. It is comfortable and warm but not too warm. It washed great, and the color (green) is lovely. I highly recommend this item.

Love this jacket. True to size. Love the zip pockets. It's warm. And I'm guessing will wash well. I have a horse and I am at the barn daily so I needed a jacket that will hold my phone and sunglasses without the possibility of losing them. This fits the bill. Also I will get this jacket very dirty and I am sure it will wash well and be ready to go. I may need to get another one!

Orderd mostly for warmth for cold days. I liked so much we ordered 2 for my husband. Yes, we certainly recommend this sweater to anyone.
