This soft Juniper Green vest is like a Seaform Green and is very attractive! One of my favorite aspects of this vest, as I have loved my Marine blue one, is that this green one has a matching zipper and its functional breast pocket has the LL Bean emblem in a nice highlight color, too. For some reason, this particular Petite Large fits a little snugger in my hip area than my marine blue one and I may try another one because it's so attractive. My one recommendation to LL Bean for this vest is to have a two-way zipper as the petite is a little longer, but I've worn my Marine Blue one often even with the longer length as it's lightweight, feminine, comfortable, and warm. I recommend these vests and the PrimaLoft jackets and enjoy them both!

I bought this vest to match an ultralight packable jacket that I purchased last spring. This vest matches the jacket perfectly and gives me an extra layer when needed. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Now have the Packaway vest in black and marine blue. Love the light weight with warmth. The pockets even let me leave my travel purse back at the hotel or on the ship as they are roomy and secure.

I was looking for a thin seafoam green vest. I love the lines on this vest. Keeps me warm but not to hot. I can wear this with my softshell jacket and stay warm and at the same time it is not bulky.

This vest is in my favorite color, so how could I not buy it?! I like the fit and the length. The color block is different than what I'm used to, but it will grow on me and it adds interest!

I liked everything about this vest - the material, the light weight, the style. But I ordered a petite XXS, and it still went down past my hips, which was not a flattering look. For reference, I am 5'3 but very short waisted. If you have a longer torso and are in the market for a great vest, go for this one!

This vest is perfect weight and design. I'm so excited to take it on my trips and love that it is packable too! I'm long waisted and the vest is perfect -- not too short like so many others.

Well first off, Im a travel nurse, and it seems like every facility I work in is freezing cold, even in the summer.....so I wear a turtleneck and a vest everyday (sometimes with my knit gloves). I have worn my navy llbean down vest for several years, and decided to try something new. Im in love with this vest! It's so light like wearing tissue paper, but surprisingly warmer than my down. I have one in every color, except for the grey. Including the sale sugarplum (gorgeous), and the blue longer one with a hood. It's become my fashion statement for work and personal life! I wouldn't be without them! Thank you llbean for a perfect vest!

Perfect light weight packable vest for travel. Love that it isn't bulky and is great for layering. Surprisingly warm given how thin it is.

Lightweight, and therefore trans-seasonal, it has several zippered pockets, my reason for getting this pricy vest. The grey with orange piping also has an orange lining; I love the colors together.

Just enough weightless warmth to block the chill, ample sizing allows for various thickness underneath, flexible movement, and love the pockets. So easy to squish or tuck into zipper pouch. At 5'4" 125 lb, size small is perfect. Layers well under the Packaway jacket.

I purchased the Primaloft packaway vest for a recent vacation so I'd have a layering piece. Ordered women's XS and S and kept the XS. I'm 5'5", 122 lbs. So glad to have packed it. Wore it almost every day over long sleeve tees (LLB, of course), and some days with an additional layer like a sweatshirt and a lightweight jacket. The length is perfect just below the hips. Temps were 50s and 60s with mid to strong breezes. The vest kept my back warm but not hot. It's so lightweight and rolls into one of its pockets for efficient packing in suitcase, carry-on or backpack. The advantage to primaloft vs. down fill is that it can get wet and it dries quickly unlike down. The blue is a nice blue, not navy but not quite royal. I'll get many years of use with this best.

This vest is great in many ways, the length, packability, color, and the amount of warmth it provides. I have received many compliments on it. Love it!

I received this in the blue as a gift for Christmas from my family. I absolutely love the features. It is lightweight and packable and I recently used in on a two week trip around Spain. The weather was quite chilly especially at night so I layered under the vest and it was great for walking around the cities and towns. There is a place for your phone and small wallet to be safe and secure . It barely takes any space once packed. I highly recommend. I am usually and XL and it fits just right.
