Love the color of this jacket! I would've given this a 5 star rating but it seems to run slightly small across the chest.

The sizing is small but the style and jacket weight is great. The jacket is very warm.

I got this for a hiking trip to Yellowstone Nat. Park. I wanted something lightweight that I could wear in chilly mornings but would pack easily into it's own pocket when the mid-day sun came out. This fits the bill. I initially ordered the medium (my usual LL Bean size) but it was too small in the shoulders and the arms were too short. I exchanged it for a Large which fit well in the shoulders and arms. However, it's a bit bulky in the midsection. I wish they had tall sizes. A medium tall size would have been perfect. The large will work though.

Jacket is lightweight and warm for cooler days. Runs generous. I am slim 5' 91/2" tall and a M is almost too long. I hate to complain because for many years LL Bean sizes ran short and small. So just consider whether to downsize when ordering. Generous size will allow sweater under for colder weather later.

This is a beautifully designed jacket, lightweight but warm. It fit well, but I returned it because of difficulty with the zipper. It wouldn't mesh. I was very disappointed. For what this jacket cost, I couldn't see keeping it and fighting with the zipper every time I wore it.

I love this jacket with one exception, the zipper is HORRIBLE. I did get in touch with Bean and they would have sent me a replacement except the zipper would be the same. I tried one on in the store and had an issue with the zipper, they did not have petite in store and I assumed the zipper issue was unique to that jacket, nope, when I received the petite from mail order, same zipper, same issues. I plan to have the zipper replaced at a tailor because I love everything else about the jacket. I wear it hiking, depending on the temperature, appropriate layers underneath. I drive, flew, hiked all over a foreign country, have had no tears, stains I couldn't get rid of or any other issues. the pockets are amazing, was able, while traveling, to carry passport, money, credit cards all in the inside pocket, phone in outside pocket. It is a marvelous jacket, except for that nasty zipper. There were times when I could not get it zipped and had to go out into the elements (time was limited) with it unzipped.

Wonderful coat and packs up very well. Cut small. Had to get 1-2 sizes above my size to fit comfortably. Otherwise, great product!

Great coat, but the first day wearing it, I spilled salad dressing on it and ruined it. Dressing wouldn't wash out, and it can't be dry cleaned. Oops!

Jacket is light and easy to wear. It is very thin and just for warmer weather or for higher intensity activity. I wear it often for Cross County skiing as an outer layer in 20F with base layer which wicks moisture away.

I love the jacket, but wanted a hood. When I bought the hooded one, the zipper came up too high and irritated my neck. Would like zipper not to look unfinished when I turn the collar down.

Great fit. Med petite on a 5'3 125lb body. Cool blue color. Very light- weight and packable. Somewhat concerned about the one-way zipper that has already separated once.

I wish it was a little warmer. It will be great in early spring and late fall. But a nice light weight jacket - well made

I purchased this jacket in Silver Blue last year and love that it matches the lining in my new Silver Moon Ultralight Down Coat. My personal comfort range for this jacket is 40-60 degrees when worn with a cotton turtleneck. Sleeve length is perfect, all pockets are well placed, and all zippers function well. Mostly, I wear this jacket as an extra layer under a raincoat or overcoat.

Very nice quality jacket. Runs a little large, but that makes it perfect to layer over fleece tops. I don't find the jacket very warm but its great as an outer layer over fleece in colder weather or over a tee-shirt in milder weaterh.

Surprisingly thin and warm if it's not windy out. I question the ratings for temperatures though. Very good on calm weather days in upper 30's and above. Otherwise you will need to layer a coat or vest over this jacket.

I found that I definitely need a fleece layer in addition to a shirt under this jacket in order to stay warm. Even then I don't think it would be warm enough in really cold weather, below 20 degrees or so. But the fit is great and I love the color (vintage lavender) so I will keep it. Having said all that, I'll add that I really wish that LLBean would offer more products made in the USA.

I bought this jacket for a February trip to Israel. l liked the fact that it was not bulky or heavy and could be easily folded up into its own pocket and didn't take up much space in my luggage. Its been a year now and I still choose this jacket on most days. It also washes up nicely. I will not hesitate to buy another one when this one wears out. The only reason I gave this 4 stars was because the zipper cannot be opened at the bottom making it somewhat uncomfortable when sitting.

Although I love the coat for warmth and style, the trim at cuff began pilling almost right away. Makes the coat look shabby. Not what I expect from LLB coats.

A little light in the fill, but a solid layering piece for my daughter as it gets colder out. She wears it to school under her oversized sweatshirts.

If you are looking for warmth, this is not the jacket. But if you just want a light weight windbreaker jacket to block the wind this works .
