A great jacket for cool weather (40s and 50s) or a midlayer for colder days. It packs away easily as the day warms up. It's also quite attractive.

I bought this jacket to replace my old 850 packable down jacket, that i had accidentally ripped while working outside. I was totally shocked when i took this out of the package! While my older one was puffy, this felt light as a sweater! Thinking it couldn't possibly be that warm, i wore it outside immediately, as it was only about 16* that day. I was shocked! Though it was actually somewhat thin, it was every bit as warm as my old one, without the bulk! Apparently they are lined with a different material these days! I absolutely love it! This one has an inside zippered pocket in which to store it, where my old one just had a mesh pocket inside. I like this one much better! I purchased a Large/regular. I'm about 5' 4", 160 pounds female. Itself plenty roomy and i can wear a longsleeve T and and one of LLB's quilted sweatshirts beneath. I live in Southern Indiana. LLB is my go-to brand for clothing and shoes.

This coat is lightweight and warm! It is perfect for walks when the weather is in the 30's and 40's. When the temperatures drop lower you can layer the LL bean fleece coat with this coat.

Fits great. Best of all it is lightweight and warm without the bulk! I wear it everyday to and from work and doing errand here in Rhode Island. Even wore it to shovel. Stayed warm the whole hour. Bought coat about a month ago. Chose a 1X so there would be some room especially with thick winter sweaters and sweatshirts. Not too big; the xlarge just fit and was a bit clingy for my liking. Typically wear XL and size 16 or 18. Got it on two a day markdown, so the price was good as well. Love the blue color! Also, like that is store itself into one pocket to the size of a small travel pillow. Happy with my purchase!

This is my favorite jacket for travel and layering. It is very lightweight, but with a lightweight fleece it's very warm. It also layers under a rain jacket without too much bulk.

I happened to buy this on our way to Orlando, where they were having record low temperatures! So, it was the perfect coat to keep me toasty warm, but not over heated when we were inside.

This jacket was the perfect layer under my waterproof jacket during a cruise to Antarctica. It was also my go to choice as a jacket when walking around the ship. The hood fits nicely and doesn't impede vision

This jacket is my new favorite thing! I love the off-white color, pockets, texture, warmth and overall comfort. I am glad that it has a drawstring on the bottom, because the jacket has a shape that seems designed for someone with more of an apple shaped figure. I definitely recommend this jacket for travel, layering, and everyday wear.

Primaloft Packaway Hooded Jacket Women's Plus in Black is great. It works under heavier coats for layering, and looks nice as a light weight jacket on it's own when the weather is warmer.

This jacket is light enough to wear in a car or keep on while shopping, yet warm enough to be out in frigid Illinois winters!

This is my second Packaway Hooded Jacket - wanted to add another color. It's comfy, lightweight, and warm enough for New England weather. Size up if you want to layer on those brrrrr days. Very happy with my purchase!
