This one is my favorite! I had purchased this jacket years ago and then lost a significant amount of weight. I bought a smaller size so I could still have this as my go to jacket. I often have to be on the move and the light weight material is easy to move with me. The jacket is surprisingly warm too. Very comfortable and high quality.

Bought this to replace an older NF hooded jacket. This jacket is great! It has more room for this over 55 body, keeps you warm and is packable! Thanks LL Bean for making a jacket that gives you room to move, is slimming in all the right places and is stylish! Perfect jacket for hiking, layering under a shell and running errands.

Just bought my second replacement jacket. Love this coat, but previous style was all one color. Current style has an accent color where the top zip pocket is located. Can you make it all one color again & not two toned? Otherwise, great jacket, good fit & comfortable for fall & spring in New England.

This jacket is so lightweight yet kept me warm! The color is as described. The fit is consistent with other LL Bean products I have purchased in the past. I would recommend this jacket to my family and friends! It is an outstanding jacket!

This jacket is true to fit. The multiple pockets allowed me to keep my purse stuff when I went to a Railers Hockey game. There you are not allowed to have any bags. This jacket is also light but incredibly warm! I hate big puffy jackets. This one is able to keep me warm and thin and a light jacket.

This jacket 's light insulation keeps you warm in spring and fall when the temperature drops below 60 degrees. Layering it over another layer will keep you warm when the temperature falls below that. I switch to my down jacket if it falls below 40 degrees.

Lightweight and thin but warm. It was a bit pricey but I'm hopeful it will last for years to come. It has a nice feminine cut but not tight. I ordered a small - am 5'8 and 140 lbs.

This is the best jacket ever! It is so packable! We are on a trip out west. Hoped not to get snow this early in the season but we did. It was so warm! The petite fits me so well, not too long in the sleeves. The hood was great, too! Love the color. I recommend it to anyone.

I am 5'6" and weigh 170 pounds. I purchased an XL. The jacket fits me with some room for a light sweater. I live in Southern Maryland so our winters are not super cold all the time. I wanted a light jacket to wear to the store or a restaurant and this meets my needs very well.

Perfect layering jacket. Warm alone, and roomy enough to wear a vest or fleece underneath. Water repellent. Excellent location of zippered pockets. I bought it just before we went fall camping for a long weekend and never took it off. Even slept in it!

Bought this for a 2 week trip to Ireland in October. It was perfect for each type of weather we encountered - moderate, rainy, cold, and everything in between. Pocket in front was convenient, and hood stayed up and kept the wind at bay. We're still here, and I expect that it will continue to be a go-to when we get home. If I had a critique, I'd say the sleeves were a bit long for a petite, but rolled easily enough. All in all, super happy with the coat!

I love how easy it is to layer this coat. It's my favorite one to take traveling because it works for many climates and leaves me a lot of extra room in my suitcase.

I got this on sale at the end of May and it has just gotten cold enough to use. I love the lightweight primaloft fill, warmth without weight and compressible/packable for travel. It is not waterproof nor advertised as such but thin enough to be used under a rain jacket. More windproof and less bulky than fleece, it has kept me warm in temps in the blustery low 50s and under a sweater or light fleece in the 40s. It also is more breathable than down and does not clump like down when wet. Thumbs up for this one!

Very light weight but warm jacket. The color is so much nicer than in the picture. Well made. Perfect for walking in the winter.

Love this jacket, lightweight yet warm but it's not very cold here yet so I'll have to see how it feels mid-winter.. Beautiful pink color. Also a plus that you can fold it into itself to save space in a backpack or luggage. My only complaint is that the sleeves are just a little too tight in the upper arm area for me.

I have been going to LL Bean for a lifetime. Xmas always meant one present from LL Bean. I have own this jacket four years. It keeps me dry in rain, snow, sleet. When temps dropped at work. I was able to do my job in a warehouse. The best money I ever spent hands down.

I love this jacket! It is the perfect go-to for any trip around town or around the world. Great weight, excellent and deep pockets and I love the hood.

Bought this in the pink color for my moms 70th. True to size, nice flattering cut, overall great purchase and now want one for myself.

The weight of this jacket is perfect right now in the Midwest. Walked the dog at 37 degrees yesterday morning and was warm as toast with a light layer underneath. The length is good, the fit is TTS, and the hood stays on when the zipper is up. Also really liked the Marine Blue color with light blue trim.

I have not worn it yet as it is still summer here but since we have mild winters here I think it will be a good coat for this climate, thus I cannot attest to how it will last and wash. I usually wear a 1X coat so I can wear it over sweaters, but the 1X looked nice & flattering over summer clothing but it would be too tight over a sweater and the sleeve length seemed a little short so I returned it to exchange it for a 2X. The 2X will fit over a sweater, the sleeve length is good, and when I am not wearing a sweater there are adjustable elastic bands in the hem of the coat on each side so I can adjust tighter for more flattering fit. I like its pockets and little attached hood. I am looking forward to wearing it when the weather cools off.
