Bought this for my husband, he said it's not bulky and comfortable for movement. It is easy getting in and out of the truck and it keeps him warm on cool morning walks.

Excellent buy. Only wish I could have found the same sale in a womens. I prefer the down sweater to a down jacket as its less puffy and with 850 fill its just as warm. And finding a 3X in a down sweater is nearly impossible so thank you Bean. As always!

The sweater is a lighterweight jacket that isnt short or fragile to make it light. It fits properly, very warm, and zips into it's own pocket. A comfy camp pillow too!

Warmest lightweight puffer I've ever owned - also seems well constructed, heavey duty zipper, etc.

This coat is so light and comfortable. A pleasure to take everywhere. The fit is really good and the down baffles at angles looks pretty cool!

As usual, the quality of the LL Bean product is excellent. I really like that the down is coated so it stays warm when wet - just like it would with the natural oils for the goose. The coat is quite compact but also quite warm for its very small weight. The zippers are good quality. The pocket a generously sized and good for hand warming.

Nice and light and true to size. Just warm enough by its self.

I use this as my jacket in all but the coldest temps. Super light, fits very well and incredibly warm. I quickly bought another just in case they get discontinued.

Exactly as described, well made, warm, great features. But it's undersized so you need to buy a size up ( I'm XL and had to return that for an XXL, which fit great).

Purchased Green jacket, great color! Good weight and plenty of warmth for everyday wear in the Northeast.

I'm a steelhead fisherman in PNW and require light, warm and items I can wear alone or as part of layering system. This checks all the boxes. Perfect for my needs and looks great headed out on the town as well.

One of the best pieces of cold weather kit I've purchased in a long time. Super lightweight and trim, perfect for layering. I bought Men's XL.

I like the zipper. More durable than another brand I have. I like the neck, great for a mid layer.
