Very lightweight and comfortable rain jacket, even in summer months. My only complaint is that the hood does not fit one's head very well and tends to flop around in the wind.

I love this jacket. It is very light, sheds rain very well, stows easily. I would suggest modifying the way the hood is stowed when not in use--current method is rolled up with a strap and velcro in the middle. A pocket for the hood with a zipper or velcro would be better.

Fits perfectly and the orange color is great for those rainy day. LL Bean has the best quality for this type of product.

Looks great. Fits well. i bought my partner a large and with the velcro at the wrists can make that part fit well. Significantly, the large buys him some extra coverage in the length and he can wear it over a sweater later on.

This is my second LL Bean rain jacket. The first LL Bean rain jacket was purchased from you back in the late 70's or early 1980's. The only reason I bought this one is because I lost the other over a year ago. Hopefully this one will give the same wear service.
The first one saw duty through many wilderness canoeing and fishing trips along with just being my every day rain jacket.

This jacket is just what I've been looking for. It's lightweight with large pockets and a chest pocket for my phone all having zippers to secure nothing accidentally falls out. I've been out in a downpour and water just beaded right off and the hood protects my head without blocking my vision. It's light so as not to be hot in warmer weather but the wind breaker feature will keep me warm in a chilly breeze. Don't know if I'm sold on the velcro front closure because the zipper seems sufficient but it does come in handy for a quick and easy way to close and open.Sizing seems a bit smaller than I'd expected but then I like a snug fit.If you plan to layer, consider sizing one step up.Overall a great jacket.

This is a replacement for a five-year-old version that began shredding bits from its lining. So far it's quite comfortable and I hope will last as long as the previous one.

Good lightweight rain jacket for the boat. Seems to run a tad small though! Husband usually takes an XL, but this was almost too small. Kept it, but it was borderline.

This is the second raincoat I've had that is identical to the first. My old one just got dirty so I bought a new one. Wouldn't own any other one. Perfect in every way.

Good, basic, packable, rain jacket. Bought this one to replace a 20-year-old version of the same jacket. First one still works fine, but wanted a different color.
