My son loved this jacket. Kept him warm and dry this winter.

Husband really likes this jacket. It's long enough to protect on cold, windy, winter days. His other jacket was warmer but this is close enough. Would recommend!

Great jacket. Nice looking. Wish it was a tad shorter but works just fine for downhill skiing with plenty of freedom of movement.

This is a great coat, fit is comfortable, and it's warm. The hood and the extra pockets make it a go to coat.

Bought this for my grandson who loved it. Fits true to size and the fabric is very durable. He wore it for a winter camping trip and was very warm.

I love this coat! It doesn't weigh a lot, but it's very warm. Comfortable and fits well. The bidirectional metal zipper works smoothly and reliably. (One of my old L.L. Bean coats had a terrible hit-or-miss zipper; this one is vastly better.) Highly recommended.

I've had this coat for several winters now and love it. Overall size and fit is perfect. Long enough cover my backside, not too bulky but still warm. It blocks the wind and repels water. Zipper goes up easily all the way to the neck collar, and the neck collar is the perfect height to keep the cold from your neck and is not too close to the mouth. The 3 outside zipper pockets, one inside zipper and goggles pockets are very well placed and sized. I use them all and find the napolean pocket, inside zipper pocket and goggles pocket very helpful. The fleece on the outside handwarmer pockets is a nice touch. Overall, a great winter coat, which I use for hiking, skiing, shoveling snow and casual wear. Well engineered, thank you LL Bean.

This has been, by far, the best winter parka that I have ever had. It has held up well, is warm and looks great. I walk and hike year round and this parka keeps me warm in wind and during below zero days. No indications of wear or any defects. I highly recommend it.

Great warmth for the very cold Boston weather. Double zipper a plus. The Tall was perfect for my son who is 6'3". He loves it!

The fit was perfect making the coat easy to wear, and it has proved exceptionally warn during the coldest winter months.

This parka is perfect for the winter weather. It kept me warm and dry with wind chills near -2. The fit of the large tall is perfect for those of us (6' 2", 195lbs, 42" chest) with long torsos and arms. Pockets are placed in proportion to being a tall and work well for their size. Many a pocket inside and out so fear not! When it does drop below the twenties, I do wear a sweater underneath. Zippers and pockets work well and do not get hung up. The adjustable hood works well and does not cut off peripheral vision, and is detachable. I have worn a pack with the parka and did not find it to be bulky and there was no problem driving.

I love this parker and it is very well-fit for Maine weather. When temps are near zero, I will wear my LL Bean 100% polyester all-weather jacket (ID # 516744) underneath and stay toasty warm. PS I've been shopping at LL Bean for over 45 years. Most everything I've bought I still have and if I don't, it is because I've misplaced it.

Great coat, as you'd expect from LLB. Neck closes to keep blowing snow and such from coming-in. the hood is generous. Water-resistant. Very warm. I love it.

This jacket is light weight but still very warm.A good fit and a hood, zip pockets. Ordered the right size.

This is a great parka -Warm, waterproof and long in the back. Well made.

My first LL Bean after my 26 year old LL Bean coat wore out is as warm as ever. Skiing in Utah in cold and sun this coat can be worn w wool layers or alone and does not disappoint. At 6'9" the XL Tall fits well, is long enough w/out being too snug. My go to coat for all outdoor activities. Plenty of pockets for phone, water flask and keys or more.

As far as I can tell quality is excellent. I bought this for my son who lives in Europe so I have not heard back on his opinion.

I love this jacket!! This is my multipurpose jacket. My "cold weather" go to jacket and I also use it to ski. So warm and dry. You really can't have a better winter jacket. Get it! You won't be disappointed and will have it for many years. I have had this jacket for 4 years and I'm going to get another one for next winter.

The coat is fairly priced and well designed and constructed.

I'm a winter sports enthusiast who usually goes with a hard shell and layers for skiing etc. I got tired of layering up for daily dog-walks and errands, so I purchased this as a cold-weather coat for general use. I purchased it in November. Where I live in the mountains of Northwestern Virginia, we've had unusually cold weather in December and January. This coat is warn enough for a long walk in 10 degree weather. Key features for me are: - Waterproof shell, (its not "crinkly" like some) - Outside chest pocket for phone/wallet (I don't want to open my coat if I don't have to) - Drawcord above the waist to retain core temp in windy conditions - Removable hood (I'm hearing impaired, so hoods make hearing even more difficult) - Hand-warmer/cargo pockets at hip level - Length well below the waist for extra warmth This coat hits all those. I'm not a fan of two way zippers in general, bth the one on this coat works easily for me. I found it a tad bulky for a two hour car ride, but it's fine to drive in for normal daily trips. I recommend this coat.

I love my new LL Bean Parka. The quality of LL Bean is superb.
