Very well constructed , looking forward to hiking in this jacket.

Very warm even in windy subzero weather. Well appointed details (generously sized pockets, good quality zippers, cuff closures, pull cords). I like the length and the colors.

I just had my third version of this delivered today! I've worn these for years. I tore the first one learning how to operate my new snowblower "The Beast". The second served me wonderfully, until the "Beast" struck again last winter and caught my jacket partially open and broke the zipper. If it's a manufacturer issue, Bean's has a great return policy. However, if I'm damaging it myself, I owe it!

Warm and comfortable. Lots of pockets. The only issue I have is with the hood. Cannot adjust it to avoid the visor dropping too low, obstructing my view.

This is a great coat in good weather and bad. I wear it every day - keeps me warm and dry. I use the hood when it's raining, cold or windy and it's removable if you prefer to leave it home. Lots of pockets inside and out.

Really nice coat! My husband stated it is very warm and insulated so well! Best winter coat he has ever had!

Xl tall plenty of room for layering. Extra warm . Sheds rain, wet snow Perfect for those long outdoor activities . Get one !

This is our second. This coat is warm, water and wind resistant, and roomy enough to layer up.

The jacket is a perfect fit for a 6ft, very slim man (size M). The number of pockets is just right, and the drawstring helps to make the fit even better. This coat is great for walking the dog on very cold days and for quite vigorous exercise. The hood is large and ideal for wearing over a winter hat. The high, soft line collar makes sure the wind is kept off.

I've genuinely enjoyed the Rugged Ridge parka. It's comfortable, good looking, has a useful hood which helped in today's snowstorm, and is warm in frigid temps!

This is a very warm, and very protective jacket that I appreciate for comfortable long dog walks, snow shoveling, and working outside. it is perfect for everyday during the cold winter months in northern illinois.

I am traveling 400 miles above the arctic circle with-in 2 months and lack a parka type coat. I researched various sources of parkas on-line. I decided to go with yours based on: convenience features it had- lined hood that encircles my neck line, zipped pockets, length, cost ($50. less than a comparable parka from other vendors), waterproof, sealed front to keep out wind, and room to add layers underneath it since ratings did not indicate suitability for subzero temps. I didn't want a subzero rated coat because my space for gear is limited and I only want to bring one coat on my trip.

I doubted the warmth when the coat arrived because it just didn't feel that thick. Boy was I wrong!! This coat is every bit of warm, waterproof, and windproof!! It's an amazing coat and with every penny!!

I own 3 of these for various situations. Block the wind and keeps me dry no matter what. 1 medium size and two smalls. Love these coats. Standing outside @ 1.5 hours per shift twice a day allows one to appreciate this coat. I am a cross walk guard. I bought a medium size for this project for very comfortable layering.

My husband bought this jacket and has already worn it. Zipper works smoothly, hood is perfect, and he says it's very warm. LLBEAN never disappoints!!

My son loved this jacket. Kept him warm and dry this winter.

Husband really likes this jacket. It's long enough to protect on cold, windy, winter days. His other jacket was warmer but this is close enough. Would recommend!
