The style is classic and the fit is perfect. Im very pleased with this purchase. LL Bean delivers quality and value once more.

Just a little stiff but I'm sure is will be softer after a few washings

Very warm but fits a little tight if you have a belly

They run a little tight in the TALL3XL size. Restricted arm movement as well.

Only issue I have with this jacket is a little tight ordered a 3x they should consider carrying larger sizes

Comfortable, warm coat but the collar is awkward. It does not sit well.

I haven't worn it yet but it seems very warm and sturdy. As usual however it is not made in the US. Personally I think LL Bean should be embarrassed by the fact that non of their products are made in the US except their duck boots.

I have one of these that I purchased about 20 years ago and it is fabulous so I decided to get another one (different color). This one is cut a little tighter and I won't be able to wear it comfortably with some bulkier sweaters, which I can do with the older warm-up jacket, but it will be fine with relatively light-weight sweaters.

The jacket is well made, but a bit clumsy to put on. Maybe I bought the wrong size. It's certainly warm enough in my area (Maryland outside D.C.) The pockets are sufficient for a jacket inteded for an active purpose. I would recommend this product

I like to get the tall jackets since they are long enough not to ride up like the regular. Gives you more room for heavy shirts or a sweater without binding. I gave it a 4 rating only because it is a bit longer than any other tall I have ever gotten and I am thinking it will shrink up some after a couple of washings.

Great jacket, but even though I purchased it in Large Tall the sleeves could still be 1" longer. Otherwise no complaints.

Comfort and fit are great. Won't be able to judge performance till winter comes.

This is my second jacket. I only went with 4 stars as I don't like any of the colors offered this year.

Like the Carefree T Shirts, I've been buying these jackets for years. I like the sizing, materials and can wear them most of the year round. They could use more dark colors (really liked the discontinued dark green). They are also a lot cheaper than competitor's versions. However, the inside breast pocket is WAY too small. I's really only good for a single pair of sunglasses and that's it. I also use reading glasses, and if both are in the pocket, they get tangled up when trying to pull one pair out :-(.

I like the jacket very much. It's useful for a wide variety of occasions. If I had the opportunity to visit a physical store, I would have tried on both Large and Extra Large sizes. The Large size fits, but just.

It seems to be well-constructed and of good quality. It also does a good job of keeping me warm in moderately cold temps. I got it in late March or early April, so I didn't have it back in January when we had really freezing temps in the area where I live. My only complaint is that the sleeves are too long, but that problem is mitigated by the cuffs, which are of a stretch material that keeps the sleeves from hanging down over my hands.

The fit seems to be a bit tighter than in the past, with my usual size (medium)

Spring in New England is cool and windy. This is almost the perfect jacket for that kind of weather. It is well insulated, has elastic at the wrists and waist to keep out the wind and has a good collar to keep the wind off my neck. My only quibble is that it does not have hand-warmer pockets, that is, the pockets are not insulated.

Nice, warm, and comfortable jacket. Just the right thing for those just cold enough times, but not too cold. Great color, not boring black or gray; etc.

Jacket is what I expected in terms of quality and warmth. A minor problem with the zipper is all that prevents a 5 * rating

Great jacket. Great build quality. Undersized, though. That's why I returned it.

The workmanship was there and the size was fine. Jacket was not what I expected. The jacket was stiff and even hung it out for a week. The weight of the jacket was heavier than expected and the thickness and stiffness of the sleeves made me look stiff and the jacket crinkled when walking. I returned the jacket.

My husband enjoys his new warm up jacket with only one exception, that It's a bit snug. Otherwise, it fits & wears well. Repels water & suitable for 3 seasons.

i ordered a large and it seems to fit more like a medium......still works for me since i'm not a big guy.

Great Jacket - I have purchased many of these over the past 15 years. This one, I got for my wife, in-so-much-as this style is not available for women. The only negative aspect is the zipper. All of my previous purchases occurred after the nylon zipper failed. I would gladly pay more for a metal zipper
