It is the second warm-up jacket for my husband. His other (black) one is several years old and still looks good, but I thought it was time for a little color - made the right choice with the Spruce, it is perfect. He loves these jackets for the comfort and style. Just right for everyday casual wear.

This is my favorite 3 season jacket. I've owned 3 previously, and find myself reaching for this jacket for every trip out.

It's been several years since I owned one of these coats and they're still the way I remember them. Perfect fit, comfortable and warm!

They made a similar jacket to this in the women's a while back but it's no longer available, so I ordered this jacket in the regular small, since obviously men's sizes run big. It fits perfectly (I am 5'2" and about 140 lbs), aside from the fact that the sleeves are a bit long, but not a huge issue for me. It's very comfortable and warm, and I like the ribbed cuffs and bottom. Got the black which is my favorite color, and will be my go-to jacket in the winter. I love this so much, that I will be getting another color in this jacket. This is a great value for the price, and its really well made. Thanks for another fabulous product LLBean!

My husband loves the style of this classic jacket and has owned similar ones over the years. The fabric and workmanship on this jacket are excellent and the fit is true to size. The fleece lining is perfect for the Fall mornings. He plans to wear it in the winter months as well. I bought it in the Navy and he was pleased.

This is the third of these jackets that I have bought over the past several years. Warm,comfortable,all around a great jacket.

The jacket if great and warm

I bought this fleece lined jacket as a gift for my hubby. He loves it. The teal color looks classy and the sizing is right on. He normally wear larges in Jackets and this one fits perfect with enough room for layering. It is warm and cozy for our 'warm' So Cal winters! As always llbean provides the best.

Warm and comfortable jacket, but they should upgrade the zipper with a metal one. I have had two coats with failed plastic zippers.

Ordered xl and it was true to size, warm jacket in 40 temps. Even has an inside pocket. Only negative was shipping took awhile, but I did order it before Christmas so maybe ill give it 4 1/2 stars

I love this jacket. I've had them years ago and decided to get another one. I ordered large, but it was a little tight now. I exchanged it for extra large and it's a little big. I guess it's better to have it a little big love the fabric very warm love it.

These jacket fits terrific as a medium cold winter jacket. Wish there was one or two lower inside pockets... there is one inside pocket up high which is nice for storing sunglasses.

Excellent product with heavy duty zippers, warm soft lining from the cozy collar to the waist, deep zippered hand-warmer pockets, and stretchy wrist bands to retain warmth.

Very warm and a little heavy, great for wind and wet conditions too

I got a newWarm-Up Jacket in December to replace one I've had for at least 10 years. Upside: I think the new one is as warm as my older jacket, so that's good. It's a good 3 season coat and you can wear it most winter days on a walk with a hoodie or sweater under it. I recommend you try it on if you can, to make sure you can zip the neck all the way up - I went up a size to make that work for me and it's an important feature of this coat if you want to stay warm (the fleece lining in the collar is great). Downside: the outer shell appears more plasticky and less like nylon than my older one - for example, the new one makes a bit of a plastic crinkly sound when it flexes (like when you bend your arm). I hope it goes away with use.

Good fit. Good quality. I still wear a 10 plus year old version that's fine except for s couple of stains. Only criticism is the noise, sounds like it's made of cellophane; I figure this will diminish with time.

I feel that the collar is not sewn properly. The middle back seems to be short and pulling.

Excellent jacket, warm enough for all of southern New England winter routine activity. (going to work,shopping) Outer shell gets "brittle" with temps in the 20's.

I'm happy with the purchase I would give 5star but it was soiled when it arrived 3 times with a warm damp cloth I was able to clean it up either a return or missed on inspection however size and fit are great and it looks like great quality

Does what it's supposed to do. It's one of the basic 3-season items I've had from LLB for over 20 yrs. The old one is more beaten up, so I needed a new one. Something I wouldn't have thought about, the zipper functions very smoothly, which doesn't always happen on Bean outerwear. I do wish you'd stuck with the red rather than orange.
