I am never cold in this jacket even when temperatures get down to the mid-twenties. The inside chest pocket is great for an ear band.

I'm a woman (sz M) who purchased a man's medium in the warm-up jacket. I had one for years and it needed replacing. I like the roominess and length the man's version offered plus the traditional classic look. It offers the basics: knit cuffs, fleece lining and collar, easy to grasp zipper, and warm flannel in the pockets. I admit I wear it more for knock-around but it fits the bill and I love it.

It's great, just what I was looking for! I like the style, the warmth, feels comfortable, good fit for me.

My previous version was fraying at the cuffs. This new tall jacket fits very well and has better, lighter insulation.

This jacket was a gift for my husband. Looks and fits great. The small zippered inside pocket is a plus.

Bought this jacket for my husband to replace "favorite" he'd had for years. Except for knit cuffs it's exactly the same and very acceptable. It's long enough to comfortably cover high hip without being too short and riding up. This red is more of a orangey/red rather than cranberry which would have been preferred but that's ok. He's happy and I don't have to keep searching. Thanks

I was very happy when this jacket arrived. It's the perfect weight-not heavy and bulky but nice and warm for cool evenings, early mornings. It's well made. I like the knitted cuffs, they are tight enough to be warm but lose enough to put on and take off over a wrist watch.

Perfect blend of weight versus warmth for a trip to the North. Good construction, pleased with product.

I have worn these jackets for years. The shell is a little different than it used to be, it's not as supple. I also had to get a size larger, but I think that's my fault (weight gain). Great fit and warm in most conditions and waterproof.

The perfect three season jacket.

I bought this at the outlet store in North Hampton for 60% off. Great fit and superbly functional. Very stylish as I am trying to get away from the canvass construction jackets. Well done!!

I had been looking for a jacket with the banded waist and sleeves. I came across this jacket and decided to give it a try. What a great jacket! I live in the south where the weather gets cold but no where near temps from the north. The fit is perfect. I am 5'8" and weigh 179lbs. The insulated lining is great for temperatures in the 30's. Just a good functioning, good looking jacket. You won't be disappointed!

Due to a problem with the zipper on my old jacket, I returned it for repair. I was told that it couldn't be repaired and they didn't have the exact same jacket in stock for awhile. I was not happy. So I called and we discussed the situation and was told that I could receive the same jacket and size, just different color. Since they didn't have the exact same jacket, I received a check in the mail to purchase another jacket, which I did online. The jacket arrived a day or two earlier than expected, which is very good. In addition, it is a very nice blue, fits great and with Ohio's unpredictable weather, it keeps me warm and dry! Very happy with my new jacket!

I replaced my aged Columbia jacket with this and the fit is much better and not so square and boxey. I usually order medium tall but the regular large was plenty long and still not too loose fitting. This will be my go to piece most of the year.

I'm 6'3", I purchased an Tall XL and it fits great. The jacket is light, not bulky and is great to wear. In addition it is warm and water resistant. Way to go LL Bean.

It's the quality and style you expect from Bean. The size is as expected.

This jacket was great for my way of life. I don't like big and bulky coats during the cold months and this is perfect. It is very warm and fits just below the waist. This is my second one. I still wear the first one I purchased several years ago and after many many washings the wrist bands are getting a little frayed so now I have one to wear for work and one to wear for dress up.

This is the second of this jacket I have bought for my husband. Approx. 5 years ago, I bought a navy blue; this purchase is in spruce green. The jacket is warm and fits him well. In fact, he has worn either the blue or the spruce green jacket every day for the past several months. He comments on how much he likes this jacket, and it is unusual for him to mention clothing. The jacket is well made and I will probably buy him another jacket in a different color in December 2018 or January 2019.

Bought to replace a similar jacket I have had for 12 years as the cuffs and bottom bands had lost their elastic quality. So pleased the new jacket was styled and fit the same with warm pockets and a zipper which will never wear out. Proves that LLBean stresses lasting quality in all their products. The only place I Shop for all my clothes!!!! You cannot go wrong. Thanks!
