this replaces a worn out jacket from a competitor and is my go to jacket during the cooler months . great warmth on those blustery days and hangs well off the shoulders . minor issue is the waistband which tends to bunch up the bottom of the jacket making it feel a little bulky . maybe LLBean could redesign with a narrower waistband? otherwise a great jacket for winter

Thinking about getting another one in different color. Light weight, washable, very warm, and perfect for car travel.

My previous one lasted over 10 years, but looks it's age. Volunteer farm work will kill clothing. Bought another one. Works for me into the 20s with only a moderately heavy shirt. Be aware that this item comes with 2 different linings, each with its own temperature rating. Go for the warmer of the two. Only complaint is that the inside zipper pocket could be bigger, and two would be better than one.

This coat replaced the same item I had been wearing for going on 30 years! We've had cold weather this week and it is very warm and a perfect fit. Love the color too.

Jacket has lined sleeves which makes it easy to get on and off. Pockets have zippers which secures items in the pockets. The jacket is light in weight, but still keeps you warm.

Wanted a jacket that I could wear when the temps were cool enough for a jacket but also cold enough for a jacket and one layer underneath. Also needed it to be rain resistant. This jacket fits all of those requirements completely. It is also light weight and comfortable plus I love the navy blue color. Would recommend it to others.

This is my third warm up jacket over many years. All have been comfortable and warm, especially for driving in cold weather. Outside on colder days it needs another layer. I have worn them hiking and through all types of weather. It is an excellent value. I will continue to wear one for a long time.

I bought this for a friend for his birthday. I ordered the XX-Large. It fits him very well. It's warm and waterproof as well.

Great fall to early winter jacket. Warm, well made, easy on and off with inner nylon sleeve material, polar fleece and long sleeve shirts are easier to get on without squirming around. Love LL Bean....excellent work!!!

Light weight and not bulky. It is comfortable to wear all the time. Very warm with thinsulate tech.
