Warm enough and nice fit.

This is the best everyday jacket that I have ever owned. It is, of course, excellent in quality being from LL Bean. I have been using it here in central Alabama where the temperature at night and early morning has fluctuated from the mid 20's to 30's in the past few weeks. Some days have been very windy but the jacket has been comfortable at all temperatures. It is an amazing jacket -- light weight, yet warm all the time. No disappointment what so ever. I am 40 inches in the waist and the XL size fits. If I were 42 inches, I'm not sure that it would be easy to start the zipper.

Right now I have 4 of these jackets in my closet in various colors. I like the way the Tall fits vs the Regular. These are well made jackets, warm and lighter in weight. I have been wearing various forms of this jacket for 20 years.

This is an excellent product. It is my second jacket as I wore out the first one. I highly recommend it

He loves it. Had a coat similar to this for years and couldn't find it's replacement. This jacket looks great and is nice and warm for these cold days. Loves that it's not bulky and is great car coat.

This jacket was a gift for my brother who is 81 years young and does not have even a little bit of a stomach on him. I thought the jacket fit him like a glove, but he said it was comfortable. The only thing he would have liked better about the jacket was if it had chest pockets or some inside pockets.

I have had one of these Bean jackets for the past 30+ years. They have been called several different names "3 season jacket", warm up jacket, etc., but they have always been of outstanding quality and are my "goto" jacket for most times of the year. I enthusiastically recommend this jacket!

Nice color of blue; wonderful lining,; great features including zip up pockets on the outside and a zip up pocket inside the jacket which is perfect for cell phones; excellent quality.

My husband wears it on our evening walks and absolutely loves the lining, fit and look.

True to size fleece lined warm and no bulk Warmest coat I have ever owned and I'm 55! I work in a cold environment exposed to elements and this jacket keeps me comfortable without restrictions! My co workers have ordered themselves one because they liked mine so much !

Warm - even in the 30's without a sweater underneath. Comfortable - but could use little more room in the underarm area. I don't like the inside pocket's location and angulation. Overall: a winner!

This is the second time I've bought this jacket for my husband. The last time is still in great shape and holding the yellow color its in. He has had that jacket for 15 yrs. Decided it was time for a new one. Bought him black this time and he's really liking it. He likes wearing heavy flannel shirts and the jacket fits right over them.

Over time I have purchased 4 jackets. 2 regular jackets and 2 tall jackets. I like the tall jacket when it is cold and windy. Gives you alittle extra cover. All keep you warm

I had my first warm-up jacket for over 15 years and loved it. I especially like the smooth lining in the sleeves. Long sleeve garments do not get hung up when you are taking the jacket on and off. The sleeve cuffs wore out otherwise I would still be wearing the old one.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas. He just started to wear it. It has been in the 30's where we live and he says it is very warm and comfortable. He does like the soft and warm fleece lining that touches his neck area. We have not washed it yet but knowing LL Bean, that will turn out okay too. My husband likes bomber jacket styles and this is certainly a winner.

I purchased this jacket a couple of years ago. It is my primary winter jacket and it never has failed handling a cold wintery windy day. There are more than sufficient pockets to keep a hat, ear muffs, gloves and a phone within easy reach. I generally have to purchase an XXL with other brands but this is a perfect fit even with layered clothing.

The jacket is comfortable and looks good. I take blood thinners and wish that it were just a little bit warmer, I get cold easily and don't like it. I am certain that a person who is not on medication would be quite happy with this product.

I always grabbed my husband's to take dog out so I decided to get my own. I love it.

I purchased this jacket in Blue XL in 2004. It was a little too long for me. Otherwise, the fit was good. I wore it until this winter (16 years). I ordered a new jacket in Moss Khaki L. The fit is good and color true to how it's portrayed. Light but comfortable and warm. Worn with a fleece, scarf, and wool cap, one can walk comfortably in 25 degree F weather.

Have one of those nice jackets warm up fleece lined jacket but I sat it outside the motor home and a squirrel chewed on it the collar and on the back runin it my nice Jacket that I had for years but now I cant afford to buy another Jacket right now but I am looking and hoping I didn't get 1 for Christmas nor my birthday so we'll see

This jacket was a perfect fit for my husband, it's not too heavy but a perfect weight for cool days. We didn't purchase it for really cold winter weather but for in-between. It's very smart looking and would definitely recommend this jacket

In the year I have owned this jacket it has been worn a lot. It's just the right weight for many northern Virginia late fall/winter days. Highly recommended.
