My son first got these as a new Boy Scout. He finally has needed a new pair. He uses them frequently while mountain biking. They work.

I ordered these rain pants for my husband so that we could continue our daily "prescribed" walks when the rain would otherwise discourage us. He likes everything about them--- the feel, the efficiency; and the fact that they fit well over pants without being terrifically baggy. The zippered ankles for easy on-and-off over shoes is great, too. It appears that they will hold up to regular use.

Best rain pants I have owned and I have owned many. Super lightweight, completely waterproof.

My husband immediately began using them and he loves them for his daily 7 mile walk rain or snow. He likes that the fit has some room and the bottom of legs can be adjusted to snug the fit. They are both dry and warm but lite weight.

Great Option for those pop-up storms and rainy days on the trail. Light weight and doesnt stick to you when wearing over shorts.

Bought these for a trip to Alaska. It didn't rain a lot, but when it did these kept me warm and dry. Fit was good.

A little pricy, but they worked extremely well in Iceland. Easy to pull off and on, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend them. Worth the money.

Fine product! Product fits well, with regular length being about a 32-in inseam. Product works well, providing rain protection without feeling clammy at all inside. Product is easy to get in and out of thanks to zippers at the cuff. Working outdoors, these give me a great deal of security in foul weather that I'll be able to do my job comfortably and unbothered by the rain.

These fit over a light pair of trail pants and kept them totally dry during an all-day hike in the Alaskan Rain. That is what I hoped they would do. They do not have a fly or any cutouts so you have to take them down anytime you need to access what is underneath. They do have a single waterproof pocket but since it was only one, I found it easier to use what was in my pants underneath.

Kept me dry in a canoe all day on a really miserable weather day ~ raining and chilly. Not only did they keep me dry, but they kept me fishing, and that aspect of the day was very rewarding.

They fit. They turn rain. Tomorrow the big test with a Kenai river float trip with 50% chance of rain and 50 degrees

I can't think why you'd wear these lightweight pants alone, so I have only used them under the matching rain jacket on heavier rain days, for which they have worked very well and kept me and my clothes dry. They are loose enough for an underneath layer of jeans or shorts, easy to pull on over shoes with the zipper at the bottom of the leg, and comfortable with the elasticated waist. They fold up nice and small for carrying in a bag/pack although there is no sleeve or tie to secure them when folded. Recommended.

Work on a golf course and these are great for rain and wind protection. Durable and long lasting. Lightweight. 3rd time purchase. This time a gift for my son who works with me on the course.

We live in Michigan and walk every morning. My husband loves these pants. They are light weight and block the wind and snow.

The are water resistant. If you are out walking, they are fine. If you are trying to ride a bike in a heavy rain, you will get somewhat wet.

Excellent buy! Worth every penny! Lightweight and really waterproof! Much needed in the Pacific Northwest where we get frequent rain and I need to walk my dog 3 times a day!

These rain pants are a great buy. Unlike other brands, this LL Bean pant is light enough to keep you warm without being hot and definitely keeps you dry. One of the few pants that come in lengths too!

I stayed nice and dry on my 40 trail walk. It has room for an under layer when it gets colder. The adjustable waistband tie is a great feature to make sure I get a custom fit.

So glad these come in short length! No more ragged bottom edges.

Great over pants for inclement weather. I slip them on over regular clothes and the keep me dry and stop most of the wind
