Unfortunately, there is no size 9.5 available. It looks like these shoes do not exist in size 9.5 at all. I tried next half-size up and down: 9 is very tight, 10 is very large. I find it disappointing that I cannot buy Arc'teryx shoes just because they were not made in my size, while half sizes are available for the entire range between sizes 5 and 8.

This is my second pair of Norvan's. My last pair kept going for three years of almost daily hiking all year. I wear these all seasons and even with spikes. They are grippy on the trail and keep my feet dry and comfortable.
The toe box is wide enough as not to squish your toes together as well which is a bonus.

Excellent shoe- wore these on a trip to Japan where I was walking 20,000 steps+ a day and they never hurt my feet. No break in period needed. Better than my Hokas!

Typically I wear only Hokas and On Running shoes, and so I hesitated to try these out. I was so pleasantly surprised! They feel amazing on my feet, look as stylish as the latest high end sneaker company drop and offer both flex and support. I love the bright orange color and will be looking out for more statement colors in the future.

I recently took this shoe to Ireland/Scotland for a trip and it performed spectacularly. We lucked out with good weather, but my feet didn't overheat even with the Gore-Tex membrane. Similar to other Arc'teryx shoes, they run long. In most running shoes I am a 7.5, but I am a 7 in these. The width was sufficient and I didn't get any blisters. The cushion feels tall but I never got any soreness in my lower leg with walking 8-10 miles/day. I would buy this shoe again.

The Norvan's are truly my favorite running shoe, I finally splurged and got the gtx and it is so lovely going on runs in the rain or snow with dry feet. I love how light these are and that they are soft without feeling like I am on a cloud which tends to put more strain on my Achilles during runs. I adore these shoes!

I really enjoy these for trail running. Great grip and plenty of room in the toe box so my feet don't feel squished. I ran on them on warmer days and now am using them for trail running on snow so I enjoy their versatility.

I bought this shoes in different color, it fits perfectly, very comfortable, waterproof and looks so nice. It ticks all the boxes for me, it's my every day shoes and also use it for light hikes.

These shoes fit great and are very comfortable for running and walking everywhere (gravel, bush, pavement, sidewalks, cobbble)! I have trouble finding shoes that don't give me a blister on my heel. No blisters with these, no 'breaking in' required. When I find shoes that fit, and I wear them out, they are usually discontinued and I have to start over. This time I bought another pair in the rune colour before it was too late. If white were available in my size I would buy them too.

Took them on a 25k technical trail run for their maiden voyage and had nothing but comfortable feet. Super sturdy, lightweight, waterproof & zero rubbing/blisters.

LOVE THIS SHOE.
I bought these with the intention of using them as hiking shoes, for which they are amazing. And then I paced my partner for 27 miles of a rocky ultramarathon and decided last-minute to use these. SO HAPPY I DID! These shoes have it all: good cushion with enough structure, wide toe box, lace garage, grippy Vibram soles, and they are lightweight, comfortable, and rugged. The reinforced toe protects from stubbed toes, I've run multiple 20+ mile routes with plenty of vert in these with no hot spots, no lost toenails, and comfort all the way. These have become my go-to trail running shoe over my Salomons, Hokas, and other Arc shoes.
My ONLY complaint goes for all GTX shoes, and that is that they get hot and steamy when it's not cold or wet out. Just bought the non-GTX version and can't wait to break them in.
These shoes are great for running, hiking, wearing around town, and a lot of my coworkers wear these on their feet at work all day. All around, this is a very versatile shoe, and I hope it sticks around for good.

What a great shoe. It is hard to find a shoe that is all black, lightweight and protective from the elements. I have had 3 pairs of these shoes and the newest version is the best. The added cushioning has been welcomed on my trail run my rainy and snowy road runds.
I often just wear these shoes as my everyday driver for life when the weather gets snowy or wet. I feel confident that they will keep me dry and protect my feet. Having gore-tex in a shoe a light weight shoe is heaven on snow or in the rain. I don't feel like I need to wear clunky boots. I have options!
Also the megagrip sole is phenomenal. It has saved me from a few slips and I can definitely feel it when indoors on smooth surfaces. On my runs the lugs are well spaced out and provide me with traction on snow or trail terrain.
I even just wear these going out when it rains or snow. The all black look goes well with almost everything. The design is clean and looks great.
This shoe gets a lot of time in my rotation due to the Canadian weather. I think this will always be a part of my wardrobe going forward.

I was looking for a GORE TEX shoes that I can wear daily and trail running. My must have lists were comfort, GORE-TEX, stylish and lace free. This shoes is great and I love wearing it especially during the rainy days in Vancouver. I love the feature of hidden pouch to hide your shoe laces in the front tongue! Well designed

Great cushion on long runs. Have normally ran in the prior version of the norvans, and more recently the norvan trail hikers. was looking for more cushion on 20+km trail runs; so far so good! Gortex a must.

Love these! Comfortable, lightweight and not too hot. Especially love how the laces tuck into the tongue, as I hate when my shoelaces come undone. I am normally a 6.5 and got a 6 and they fit great. Would recommend sizing down half a size.

Thanks to everyone who recommended going down a size. I have the Norvan LD 2 W in a 9, but based on the reviews I read here, I sized down and they fit perfectly!

I bought this shoe and loved it, so I bought for my husband, my mom and my dad. It is super comfy for long walks and extremely grippy. From keeping grip on snowy/icy trails in Whistler to smooth sandy rocks in the desert. I did size down from my usual size (6US instead of 6.5 or 7 US). I'd recommend trying on before you buy, or sizing down at least a half size. One thing my dad noticed was that it's wide at the toes but narrow in the middle - so if you have wide feet they might be tight in the middle.
