Ordered wide but Zappos must have had the box upside down as I dot a Medium. ( M vs W). Frustrating and disappointed. Plus they process refunds very slowly.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered 10W and received 10M. VERY frustrating!

Within 2 months of NON-daily wear, these shoes developed holes where the top of the shoe meets the sole. Much lower quality than I would have expected.

Pretty sure these shoes DO NOT come in wide, in spite of the web site. Ordered wides twice. Got medium both times and they are too narrow.

The reviews are accurate - the upper mesh portion ripped right where they fold while I walk. I only ran 40 miles on them, and they ripped within 20 miles of usage. Zappos provided great support, but the ON experience was disappointing. Perhaps these are better for recovery shoes, as they are very comfortable.

The size and comfort were good. BUT, with moderate wear, both shoes wore and teared on the sides and toes of the shoes. BAD quality.

The soles felt very hard when I tried them on. When I took them off I realized that they were missing insoles. Guess it was missed when the shoes were being made.

The box had a sticker saying this was a wide shoe; however, the fit was quite narrow. There was not indication on the inside tag of the shoe that this was a wide width. On Cloud has continually made shoes more narrow than my original purchases two years ago. I measured and have photos showing the difference. I am not sure if this tactic is to make consumers think they are getting a wide width, but it is deceiving. I am done purchasing OC.
