Shoe ripped within a couple of months

Why rate a comfortable, stylish shoe 3/5 stars? Because they have rips in them after approx. 5 months of everyday, low-impact wear. Not a good value, even though these are very nice to look at.

Material and sneaker weight great. Size not as advertised...smaller.

3rd time ordering wide width and 3rd time receiving medium width.

Compared to other men's shoes On Cloudrunner Men's Wide, is not wide enough, and one might have to go a whole size up from the expected shoe size. It's a beautiful shoe and wish there was some standardizing between different brands. In the meantime, important to try before you buy.

This is not my first pair of On Cloudrunner. Something has changed. These were larger than the previous pair, by feel and comparison shoe to shoe. The inside labels were different. Even though both were US 10.5 the EU size varied 42 & 44. The foot bed felt different, maybe just size difference. My DIL had a similar issue. Quite disappointed.

Shoe is wonderful BUT zappos sent incorrect width. I ordered a WIDE width and received a medium width which my husband cannot wear.

For being a wide shoe, they are quite narrow. And, with these types of shoes, my husbands foot will definitely cause the side to tear out. it's hard to find a wide width shoe.

I really wanted to keep and wear the Cloudrunner since it comes in wide, but it is not wide at all. My right pinkie still felt cramp and will eventually start to hurt the longer I wear the shoe. I'm returning this pair to hopefully get a "true" wide size On Shoes.

On the fence about these. Design is good and cushion is there, but width seems to be a problem. Despite being "EE" they still feel narrow.

I was hoping for a better more comfortable shoe. It feels a little stiff and rigid. I spent over 12 hours a day on my feet as a nurse and was hoping that these would be more beneficial than my ASICS Kayano but the ASICS are like walking on a cloud.

Very good quality shoe but the "wide" version is too narrow due to my wide toe box. I typically wear 4E. I would say these are equivalent to 2E. Great shoe just not comfortable for me.

To small and not as much cushion

Zappos didn’t have a wide but recommended the size but they didn’t fit so I had to return them.

Shoe is really as the one reviewer Saya it's the odd duck of ON not sure ewhy they off it no helion sole or gusset on tounge and the over all look is ugly Shoe. This is only my opinion and I'm also a bit OCD

I initially thought these were awesome! Comfortable right out of the box! Then I noticed that they were forming this uncomfortable crease that I could feel rubbing on my foot as I wore them. At this price point, the material shouldn’t wear like that. They also developed a creaking noise that drove me a little batty. At 190 lbs… I’m not a featherweight but I would think they’d be built to withstand more than that without groaning in agony lol! Anyway, I like the feel of the inside- nice, roomy toe box. Not loving the heel to toe drop… you can really feel it in these On Running shoes, in my opinion. Ultimately, they hurt my foot (and my pride- crrreeeaaaak) so sending these back and returning to my beloved Hoka Clifton and hoping the new 9s are alright!

I ordered 1/2 size larger than usual, but still snug. I ordered wide size, but my feet were still cramped. The sole is quite rigid, and doesn't allow for much flexibility.

I love these sneakers--I love nearly all of ON's sneakers I've purchased, but they really don't last long, and these in particular developed rips fairly quickly, on the outisde near the outer toe, same place on both L and R.

In a matter of a few months, it developed tears on the fabric.

Ordered a wide and received M width

We ordered this shoe twice with customer service help. Requested a wide width. That was on the receipt but received medium both times. Poor seevice
