Fit was perfect, love the ease of putting these on & how secure they feel even with the elastic laces

I'm torn about these shoes. They're very, very light, comfortable, and great walking shoes, but they have almost zero durability. Mine are a month and a half old and are about done. I walk about 14000 steps a day on city streets, so I may have slightly above average step counts, but this is the fastest I've ever gone through a pair of shoes and willfully re-ordered. I don't know if I'm making a mistake, but they really are fantastic shoes, even if they don't last long.

I didn't know what to expect from going with On, but so far I love how cozy the shoes feel; they pretty much are perfect for me. As somebody who's big on cushioning, it's been awesome having that to the point where it doesn't really feel noticeable that I'm wearing shoes.

LOVE!!! I use these as everyday walking shoes and i'm so pleased with them. I'm a big fan of the brand, I will be buying again for sure.

I'm on my feet a lot and was starting to get sore feet. I wanted a comfy all day shoe and this was a great choice. Very comfortable, lightweight and breathable. I have two pair and rotate them, they lasted 6 months which isn't very long. Also the mesh started to get a hole from the side of my toe rubbing. Overall they are comfy, stylish, overpriced and cheaply made.

I feel that these black of the same size ten smaller than their white counterpart.

I use my On cloud shoes for work in delivery and absolutely love the shoes, they are great since I’m on my feet up to 12 hours a day. Only downside is they like to pick up gravel on the bottom.

Really wanted to like these shoes. I'm a 6' 4', 260 lb CrossFit athlete. However, they lacked ankle support and didn't fit my feet snugly. My feet were also spilling over the sides and I've never worn a wide size in my life. I also ordered a 13 (which I wear in every other type of shoe I own without issue) and my toe was hitting the front of the shoe.

Very little support with a very thin insole. I am keeping the shoes because I changed out the insoles

The Cloud 5 did not work for me. I overpronate and these shoes did not provide enough support, despite the reviews I read to the contrary. My feet/ankles really rolled inwards. After one typical exercise walk my feat hurt afterwards. Also multiple rocks got wedged between the treads. On the plus side the fit well (size 14), are very light weight and look great. They have a lot of ventilation, but so much so that I can't see wearing them in cold weather. Not the shoe for me due to the lack of support and stability.

These do not have traditional laces. They have an elastic in place of it, so if you like a secure fit like me

Shoes themselves are nice but this is one of the models that runs small. These specific model 5s are both short and a little narrow. Although I'm not buying them for running shoes and I use custom orthotic inserts so it's mainly the length I care about and I can't really speak to arch support except to say that somebody with really high arches might not get the best out of these ones in particular. I normally wear a size 12 and tried ordering a half size larger 12.5 which has worked with other models but these were still too small, especially given they run a bit narrow. Going to try exchanging for a size 13 and see what happens. I like the On Cloud brand and have owned several pairs but this is the first pair of model 5s I've tried. I just wanted a pair with elastic laces. I will say the inconsistent sizing of this brand is a little bit of a pain, especially for the price. I really don't understand why they seem to have so many issues with something that would seem like a such basic thing to get right. If the size 13s still don't fit right then I will probably just go with a different model altogether like one that's worked for me in the past. Since I don't wear these for my actual athletic shoes I don't really care much which ones I get as long as they're comfortable and look good.
