Way too narrow and looked kind of cheap!

Great fit. Very comfortable. Slip on and go. Not a running shoe as much as a go around town shoe. First time purchase of On shoes, but it won’t be the last.

REALLY LIKED THE SHOE BUT IT WAS TOO LARGE-EVEN TRIED INSOLES. DIDN'T HAVE THE NEXT SIZE DOWN FOR ME TO ORDER AND TRY :(

Great shoes however I had to return and go up a half size compared to the previous version.

These fit well, although the sole feels harder than my ON Cloud v2, so we will see how these fare standing on concrete all day. The reviews I have read indicate that these are more comfortable than Cloud V2 for standing. I do like the style better, looks cleaner, AND I like that I could get black soles. The white does on my Cloud V2 are white and look crummy as they get dirty through use.

Walking is enjoyable now. I can wear the On Cloud 5 all day and my feet do not hurt!

Mos my comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on! They’re a bit pricey, but worth it!

These are great shoes. So comfortable you don’t want to take them off after wearing them all day

Great shoes

The length of the shoe is true to size but the width is narrow. As far as comfort is concerned, I expected more considering the price tag and hype that is associated with these shoes. I feel like more support should be given under the foot.

Men’s & Women’s were mixed up so sizing was way off. No gender sizing posted with my order or non-gendered European sizing so it was super confusing.

I wanted some super comfortable shoes for daily wear that didn’t look super athletic and not stylish like most comfy running shoes. These look really good and are super comfortable. They come with stretchy laces you can just slide your feet in and in the box are regular laces as well. I’ll probably be ordering these in another color. Love these!

Amazing shoes fit perfectly

With in 3 times worn had a hole in them, they do not hold up. This is our second pair and the other ones lasted 1 month

I have a narrow foot, so the shoe has a slightly looser fit with the short laces that come on the shoe. But, they are perfect for daily casual wear. For running or more rigorous activity, the full laces shipped with the shoes will offer you a more secure fit. Very comfortable shoe with a soft, bouncy ride. With the short laces it is easy to slip on and off. Great shoe!

I was skeptical of these because I am a big guy and didnt think these would offer the support I needed. I WAS WRONG!! These are great! I can run on the treadmill again with no pain. These are super light and comfy.

Original order was for my regular shoe size. When received they were about a half size to big. Went on to the website, requested an exchange and it was seamless. I printed my return label and received confirmation that the new size was being shipped.

True to size and fit. Feels like walking on clouds. Overall durable fabric.

Shoes are very comfortable and love the color. I’ve been wearing On shoes for about 2 years now and can’t say enough good things about these shoes, quality , fit, comfort.. just absolutely love them!

Perfect fit

This is a perfectly-fitting and comfortable shoe. I’ve been wearing them daily for 2 weeks now and my feet feel great! I think the sole looks a bit weird, but if it helps make the shoe as comfortable as it is, then it’s fine with me.

Very cheaply built and VERY hard to lace. The eyelets for lacing in the forefoot are ironed shut and require a pen to open up, even then its hard to get the laces threaded. There is not much structure or support in this shoe, it is merely light and stylish
