Loved the fast shipping and being able to search and find the exact shoe I was looking for.

I bought these shoes for my grandson & he absolutely loved them! He said they’re the most light & comfortable shoes he’s ever had!

On my 3rd pair of these, can’t say enough good about them. Very comfortable and light.

This was my first purchase of a sneaker-type shoe in many years and I made this selection at the suggestion of my girlfriend who owns many pairs of On Clouds. I was a bit skeptical at first of her claims that these are the most comfortable athletic shoes she’s ever owned but decided to give them a try since I see people wearing them quite often. After wearing them for the first time this weekend two things stuck out to me- first, they are extremely lightweight. This is noticeable to the point that every other show I own now feels very heavy. Second, these shoes are certainly very comfortable. I also like how this particular model comes set up with the elastic-type lace system so you can just slip the shoes one. I doubt I will ever add in the traditional laces that came with these as the shoes are adequately secure with just the elastic ones. Lastly, the all-black version I purchased looks very sharp with being too flashy looking which is perfect for my understated preference.

Ok but wish they had a wide fit. If ordered again would go up a size if 13 even available

Everything has met what I was expecting with these shoes

I have 2 other pairs of ON sneakers and they are different styles. This particular style (On Cloud5) felt “flimsy” and “unsupportive”. They look good though :)

As others have mentioned the front part of the shoe is narrow and it causes my big toe to rub against the side of the shoe. It almost felt like part of my toe was not supported by the platform of the shoe. I’ve never had an issue with a 11.5 sized shoe and have pretty standard sized feet (never a wide). My other On shoes fit perfect so not too sure about this one.

Seems the right sneaker insole is way off. The right side of my foot(Arch and toe are hitting the insole support creating major discomfort. I have several pairs of this sneaker and have never had this issue. Can I swicth out the right sneaker for a new one??

Color looks completely different than on the pictures.

The right shoe was damaged. Obviously, someone was wearing it for a while and stepped down the back cushion.

I love these slip-on shoes! This is my second pair. I can wear them all day & they are super comfortable! Recommend them to everyone.

The right shoe was damaged in the back. It looked as it has been worn for a while and someone stepped down the back cushion frequently. This pair should have never been shipped. Refund takes far too long!!! This was my first Zappos order ever ... but it's the last one as well. I am very disappointed!
