Bought these because they were listed as “water proof.” They are no better than any other sneaker. I like the style but the quality is just average. After a week, I had some fabric digging into my soul and the back heal had some collapse damage. I’ll buy them again but not for $140!

Excellent shoes

OnCloud does NOT make a WIDE shoe. The shoe was classic and well made but too thin for my foot. Back it goes!

These were a huge disappointment and caused a lot of pain due to the lack of any arch support at all. They look nice, but even walking around the block becomes painful. Style with substance.

Just like other ons that I have- the best

I have read about On cloud and spoke to numerous people about them. First they are extremely light, But then that is the only positive thing I can say. They hurt my feet when I wear them for long periods of time and they are not comfortable at all. I thought I needed to break them in but no such luck. I disappointed to say the least.

Love On Cloud shoes! Most comfortable shoes ever--and the slip on laces are the best. We have so many pairs and will continue to purchase them. Highly recommend!

I found the On Cloud to be substantially more narrow and uncomfortable than other shoes of similar size. I really wanted to like them because I own stock in the company - LOL! But unfortunately, they weren't right for me.

Loved these shoes BUT when I walked on our hardwood floors, one shoe squeaked and squeaked and squeaked with every step! What the heck! Brand new shoes right out of the box and they squeak. Googled the squeak. Apparently the squeaking is a legit problem with On Cloud 5 as well as other styles. So disappointed as I loved these but had to return. Will not order On shoes again.

Wanted to love these, but they didn't fit my narrow foot and lacked arch support

The On Cloud 5 is a great shoe. Comfortable, with plenty of cushion and great arch support. I highly recommend this shoe.

These are some of the best every day shoes I have had. I would not recommend them for running but for walking around every day they are great.

I bought these shoes for my son-in-law as a Christmas gift. He said they felt snug and narrow. He wanted a shoe that has a more room in width. I am returning the OnCloud shoe and I have already purchased the men’s Spinner 2 for my son-in-law. Thank you.

I have had 7 pairs of this exact shoe since April 2023, I wish I could wear something different but my feet always hurt before and don't now, only issue is the top wears out quickly hince 7 pairs and about to order number 8 (the last ones lasted less then a month)

Love the brand but sizes are hit or miss from one shoe to the next. This particular shoe was about a 1/2 size too small but in the past, this size worked. Fortunately, Zappos has no hassle returns.

I recently developed Achilles pain and searched far and wide for a shoe to help. I settled on the Cloud 5 with my fingers crossed. The first thing that surprised me was that there wasn't a ton of cushion in the insert, and I was skeptical as a result. However, after a day of wearing them to work (elementary school teacher who is constantly walking, bending, etc.) my skepticism had long subsided. The sole of the shoe is pretty damn ingenious; it completely contours to my foot's natural walking motion. Despite the lack of cushioning, I could immediately feel the right type of support for my feet with each step, and my Achilles did not hurt for the first time in 2 months after wearing them. That's pretty damn incredible. They are pricey, but I've never had a more supportive shoe and I will not be able to go back.
