YOU SEND ME USED SHOES!!! As a customer of Zappos, for years, I don't appreciate and the hassle to have to return them and go buy them in store, thought I would be receiving what I paid for. I've lost trust on you guys,

I have other On Cloud shoes and compared them to the older ones. This was at least one size too small.

It was a little snug and I had to go up a half size.

Just to small. Already have the same thing same size but not this waterproof. So imagine my disappointment. I would have exhange it but Zappos does not allow it hence Refund i must.

This item was a gift to my girlfriend. She is thrilled by it. She needed waterproof sneakers. The ride inside the shoe is very smooth. The fit is true to size. She took out the insole and installed a more supportive arch supporter insole. She loves them and wears them after work, nights and weekends.

Walked around Sedona and Hocking Hills with these shoes. Perfect for trails. Lightweight. Not as “bouncy” or plush as I’d like it to be but would still highly recommend!

These shoes feel great and offer plenty of support and stability.

Go up 1 size if you plan to wear socks. The waterproof ones in this version 5 seemed a bit stiffer than the regular Cloud 5 at first but were also more supportive. They don't breathe as well (as you might imagine), but are great for rain.

I bought these for a european vacation. They were absolutely comfortable from the first moment I put them on! No break-in period at all. My normal size is a 10 and this fit perfectly. It didn't rain (surprisingly) so the waterproof design is still unknown to me. I'm eager to buy another pair different color not waterproof!

The sneakers are comfortable, well made, and look great. I used a different in-sole to help with my specific needs and it worked perfectly. Very happy.

Sadly I had to return these shoes b/c they were too small. I've ordered ON's several times and size 7 is always a great fit, but these were small for some reason.

LOVE these shoes. Great for working long hours in the hospital. Easy to wipe clean of minor dirt and stains. Comfortable for all-day wear.

I’m normally size 8 but after reading reviews I decided to go up 1/2 size and they fit perfectly. I can say they are absolutely 100% waterproof, I wear these for work and was out in heavy rain for at least 1hr and my feet stayed dry. I also love that I don’t have to worry about shoestrings coming undone. very comfortable I highly recommend

Advised to size up, On shoes usually run small. However, these ran more true to size so when I sized up, they were too big. As more of a "lifestyle" shoe, these are not as cushioned as true athletic shoes.

Looks great and feels great. Very comfortable to walk in. Definitely is a quality pair of sneakers. Have yet to test the waterproof claim, though.

I ordered size 7 and I feel that they fit perfectly. I can say this is my usual size. I love that they slip on and off easily and are lightweight for travel. I ordered the waterproof due to the light color glacier/white. This color looks like light grey and also grey was the color I wanted to purchase as I saw another woman wearing the grey and I was not sure what color to order since none of the shoes were listed as grey. I have not worn them yet or washed them yet. I have a somewhat petite medium width foot as I am 123 lbs and 5'4 and the toe box was roomy for me.

Awesome!! 2nd pair and will get more. I can wear them for a 12 hour shift and feet feel great!

Foot bed is to narrow for my Morton's Neuroma.

Great pair of shoes. Comfort is next level.

They came with an extra set of laces. Used as work shoes.

A bit snug. A bit stiff. Good quality.

The waterproof shoes fight a bit tighter than the cloud I’ve had before but they are still very comfortable. I always feel steady and secure walking in Ons. The soles have such a secure grip. I feel very balanced which I think is due to the way the soles are constructed.

Love this shoes! Super comfy.
