Love these shoes! Purchased Cloud 2 in gray about eight months ago, and decided to get another pair in black…now they are Cloud 5. I wear an 8 M normally, and these fit perfectly. So comfortable…can wear them all day and feet feel wonderfully supported.

This is a replacement pair I literally wore the tread off the original pair. I love them.

Love these ordered the navy last year. Liked them so well ordered them again for this year a half size up 8.5 I normally wear a 8 the fist pair were 8’s a little tight but ok. I ordered a different style but am returning for these in the white also I should say I don’t run but am elderly and they are so comfortable my new go to brand .

Wonderful shoes! I have the cloud 2 in grey, and loved them so decided to get the cloud 5 in black. Can walk in them all day long, and, as a senior, I love the no-tie feature. I normally wear an 8 M; that is what I ordered and it’s a perfect fit.

Best shoes I’ve bought in a long time!

These shoes are great for being able to pop them on and off without tying any laces. Nice arch support inside and they feel gushy when you walk. Go with true size or 1/2 size bigger if you wear thicker socks.

True to size

Bought for my Mom. Very light and comfortable. Easy for her to take steps with these.

Good shoe. Light and comfortable. I normally wear a size 8 in an athletic shoe, first ordered an 8, too small, then exchanged for a 8.5, still too small, exchanged for a size 9, the right size and right fit.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am not easy to fit, I have a bunion and pronate, but with arch supports inserted, these are fantastic for about town & lite hiking.

Very light weight and comfortable!

I've been wanting a pair of On Cloud sneakers for awhile, but no stores in my area carried my size so I didn't know which style would be comfortable. I decided to order several styles in a couple of sizes from Zappos (thank goodness for Zappos AWESOME return policy) to try. I purchased the Cloud 5 in my actual size (5M) and they were perfect!! They are beyond comfortable and they are 'true to size!' A huge THANK YOU to Zappos for making shopping (and returning) so easy!

I love this shoe, the Cloud 5, my normal size is an 8(New Balance) the 8 was way too small, sent them back and got an 8.5, still too small, sending these back for a 9.0.

These are my favorites. They are very comfortable, supportive and I think they are cute. This is my 3rd pair.

Best shoe for all day comfort and bunion no pain

Size is premo. Thank you Zappos for offering a wide and excessive variety of footwear. After shopping at the finest retail stores (6) that carried the sought brand NOT ONE had my size of 5.5. No more inserting foam insoles to my shoes...Zappos is my go to now!

I went up a half size and the fit is perfect. These shoes provide all day comfort and I'm so glad I finally bought a pair.

I originally ordered my usual (and recommended) size,) but they were too small. Returned them and ordered a half size up. Perfect fit and super comfortable! I am recovering from a broken femur and these are so stable and have great traction. Will definitely buy again!

I decorate and am on my feet all day. I can wear the ON Cloud 5 with comfort. They are replacing my ON Cloud Terry. Those were my favorite.

Fit was perfect

The fit was really good but I did have to go a half size down from usual tennis shoe size. Very comfortable right out of the box!
