Fit very well, with no break in needed. Started walking the day we got them.

I had this style before, so knew the sizing was small. But also knew they worked well for my feet - arch support, but not too much.

I normally wear a woman’s 4.5. I ordered a 5 but my toes were a bit cramped. A 5.5 fit perfect. I love these shoes. Required no breaking in time at all. Extremely comfortable with enough support and padding for my high arches and bony little feet. I’m a very hard to fit, especially for athletic shoes, and usually have to settle for kid’s shoes. Very happy with my purchase. I will probably buy in different colors.

I had ordered the shoe in a woman's size by mistake . I called them as soon as i realized and they sent the men's version out and had delivered the next day , does not get any better than that , and I love the fit, i have about dozen pair on New Balance , this is my 2nd pair of On Cloud , wont be my last .

My feet love it! This is my fourth pair of Ons in different variations and I will not buy any other trainer ever again.

On Cloud 5 sneakers fit me perfectly. They have great support and look stylish. I would recommend them!

I wish ON would do more with colors. Aside from that, this is the best shoe I have found for my power walks in the city. I just love them and have worn them for years.

Wrong color

Very comfortable right out of the box.

So comfy, Makes me walk much farther. Width and size perfect. Wondering how to keep white clean or polish, and wish there was a pull tab at back. Otherwise, great.

I was in between sizes, so I took the recommendation of the website and sized up. I’m usually a size 9.5, but bought a size 10. They are perfect! I use these shoes for walking 5 miles a day and my feet feel like they are walking on a cloud! Great support and my feet don’t ache. Highly recommended and I will buy another pair when the time comes for it.

Every member of my family wears ON. From 9 year old to 47 year old. They are perfect all around shoes including cheer. They fit true to size. Wash amazing (even grass stains from cheer) all time perfect shoe.

They are a 1/2 size small, returned and got 1/2 size bigger and love them!

Service great as always! The fit was the same as I take in other running shoes….I wear a 7.5/8 in shoes and boots but a 9 in athletic sneakers. Comfortable but haven’t used yet…got them for European vacation in the fall.

Placed an order for a pair of shoes my child already had and loved. He needed new as the others were pretty outworn and had holes. Ordered a new color but not knowing heeded to up a 1/2 size. Messaged right away (pretty late) just to start an exchange process. Everything went smoothly, easy and customer service was beyond excellent.

I have narrow feet and they don't slip on my heels like most sneakers do. I am an 8 and normally order a 9 in running shoes, but I went with an 8.5 and they fit perfectly.

Only worn once but was pleased with fit and weight.

Great knock-around shoe. Easy slip on with elastic laces. Wore all over the city for days on end. Green color is versatile.
