I almost didn't buy these shoes because of a comment about a high arch (instep). I have a very high arch and also wear orthotics these are the most comfortable shoes. I love these shoes.

Love this shoe for comfort and looks; I have it in three colors and I wear them almost every day. Only caution: don’t wear the white one for hiking as it doesn’t come clean. Otherwise they’re the perfect shoe. And I have a bunion and hammer toes and most shoes kill me. These have a fabric footbed that conforms to your foot. The tread is great and the feel of the shoe is nice and springy, making 10K steps a day easy and pleasurable. Don’t hesitate!

i was advised to get 1 size larger…i did and sneaker was too loose, had to return

I have always worn these shoes and am happy Zappos carries them. They just work well for me, even though I have a bunion. I put in about 25-30 miles a week of hard walking and they feel great. Every time I try. something else I am unhappy.

Love these! Super comfy and so cute! I am a true size 8, and purchased a size 8. They do feel a little snug, but I kept them and hoping they give a little with wear. Next time I order, I’d consider going up a half size.

Great sneakers which are comfortable and nice looking. Color works great for fall. Good for walking around the city smd running errands , etc. I plan to will buy more colors.

Usually run small so ordered half size bigger and they were too big. They were true to size fit for me!

I absolutely love this shoe and the style. I have received so many compliments about these shoes. They are comfortable and stylish. I will be ordering me another pair but perhaps a different color.

Order theses for my mom, readed so many great reviews. I purchase them for her and had to exchange them for an whole size up. She normal wears 9 1/2 had to exchange for 10 1/2 and they fit perfect now. She loves them, nice and lite weight as well.

I've been looking forever for a comfortable workout & walking shoe ! I have narrow feet and plantar fasciitis, so needed something special. I tried 5 different brands that are marketed as solutions for problem feet & nothing worked. They were either too wide, had too much arch (which was painful) or major heel slippage. Finally tried on my neighbor's On Cloud 5 and immediately knew I had at last found the shoe for me. Although the description suggested ordering a half size larger than my normal, I stuck with my usual size and it's perfect. Comfortable and so cute! Will order a 2nd pair soon.
